Second time staying at this vrbo. We loved everything about it especially the view!!

This was our family's first time visiting Lake Cumberland and Jared's property made it even more perfect for us. The property had every amenity needed & then some. Each room is beautiful decorated and well-thought of on maximizing the space. We had 4 adults, 3 children and 1 infant which we had plenty of space for. The view of the Jamestown Marina was amazing and the staircase walking to the lakefront will be perfect once construction is finalized. This will be our new go-to spot as we make Lake Cumberland an annual trip with our friends. Thanks Jared for a wonderful stay & experience!

This home was beautiful, exactly as described in the listing. The views are amazing, and it is clear that the owners have gone above and beyond to make sure the house is clean and has everything you need during your stay. Parking with a boat is convenient and easy. We would absolutely love to stay here again!

Wanted a lake house with a view to relax for a couple evenings. This house was immaculate and had the most beautiful decor. Lots of kitchen appliances/utensils to use, large tv’s, and the firepit was an added bonus.

I have zero complaints about the property. Plenty of room to park boats/trailers and multiple vehicles. Nice and quiet spot with a decent view of the lake from both balconies. Was very clean and comfortable living and sleeping space. Wish we could have stayed several more days. Would stay again.

This property was perfect for us! Thr view of the lake was gorgeous. Very quiet area. House set up was on point, everything was provided, kitchen completely set up! The house setting said "PEACE & COMFORT" Highly recommend. This trip was a REST tike for us!

I have so many nice things to say about this house and nothing critical. This home is well situated above the Jamestown Marina with views of the lake. It has a fantastic deck upstairs and down. Big bedrooms. Two with king sized bed, daybed, and access to lower deck with water view. The third is private with queen bed. I can’t say enough about the updates and cleanliness to the house. It looks brand new and smells nice (no musty smells typical with some lake houses). The upstairs is open concept with updated kitchen, large dining table, sofa, and chairs. Upstairs deck has a nice table and chairs. Plenty of linens, plates, bowls, cups, utensils, and cookware. New sliding doors with built-in blinds, TVs, and updated ceiling fans a plus. Host has great communication and also provided more detailed instructions with how to find the house. Definitely recommend!
