The Morro Bay beach studio is a perfect place to relax; it had everything I needed to feel rested and ready to attend a family celebration. The studio is located in a quiet neighborhood; has great beach vibes, and the hosts were very kind and made me feel welcomed! I would definitely recommend it, and plan to return on my next trip to Morro Bay!

We had been so busy with life lately, that we both felt like we needed a change of weather and little getaway. The Wilkies were amazing hosts, and even communicated with us personally more than once, if we needed anything they were there. We felt really comfortable being there, and everything was so close! I recommend this place to any couples needing a little getaway. We explored Morro Rock, Cayucos, Cambria, and Pismo beach. All with so much to do, and many good places for foodies like ourselves! Cant wait to come back soon! :)

This is a nice private master bedroom, clean and nicely done. The hosts were friendly, solicitous, and pleasant. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. This was a nice choice as a place to stay fro the Ironman race. I walked down to the start on race morning, and the hosts offered a place to lock up my bike, and provided a hose and rack from washing our my wetsuit.

A comfy bed for crashing after a full day of CA sun-and a sound machine helped lull the little one with no issues!

I spent two nights at Hilary and Andrews place and it was ideal for my needs. It was in a quiet neighborhood across the highway directly facing Morro Rock. Although there is no view from the property, a short walk outside and the amazing view is there. It was super clean and comfortable (awesome bed) and since I was traveling on a budget was able to heat up some TV dinners in the microwave. There was also a Keurig style coffee maker with tea, coffee and creamer provided. A small fridge allowed me to store some other food items. I would say the number one thing for me was a quiet place to stay with super easy access to downtown Morro Bay and all the beautiful sights the area has to offer. I would stay here again for sure!

The room was very well stocked with everything we needed. It was beautifully decorated and very clean. It is now our favorite rental in that area.

Comfortable quiet spot a few blocks from the beach at Morrow Bay. It's at the top of a short hill on the other side of the freeway, but we found the walk to the harbor area was a pleasant 30 minutes via the beach, where we found an excellent spot for dinner and enjoyed the sea otters in the harbor. (It's about a 5 min drive, if you prefer) The place was clean and all amenities were as as described. There is no kitchen, but we were pleased to have a fridge. Unfortunately we did not get to meet our hosts in person, but communication was good and a binder of their area recommendations was provided.

I was in need of respite and could not have made a better choice. The accommodations were perfect (great bed), ideal location, quiet and close to the coast. With the windows open I enjoyed an ocean breeze and the the roll of the ocean for a peaceful sleep. Owners were super!

A lovely little guesthouse with super comfortable bed and nice light in the morning. Hosts are very responsive and left nice personalized touches. Would definitely stay here again! Thanks Wilkies

Everything I was looking for in a quiet exploration of Morro Bay ! Room was perfect got the best 3 nights of sleep and easy access to get in and out to the bay or main Highway. Hosts were more than nice and helpful ! Room was lovely with a lot of pleasantries. I look forward to staying here again and highly recommend if you are looking for exclusion or venturing about beautiful CA Coast. Morro bay is worth visiting! One of the coolest bays in CA. Whales, Surfing, Kayaking and great people and places to visit all within 1-3 miles from room!

This studio was perfect for the two of us in a lovely, quiet neighborhood with easy access to the Embarcadero and beaches. The space was very clean, well maintained with what felt like new carpet and other new finishes like the shower, bathroom sink etc. The mattress was so comfortable and we slept great. We met our hosts briefly and they were as kind in person as they were when messaging us. They also gave us wonderful recommendations for a local seafood restaurant and bakery. Oh, and the price was better than the local motels which are on main streets downtown with shared walls. We felt very secure and relaxed here. We can’t wait to stay here again!

We had an amazing stay, just perfect getting out of Los Angeles and just relaxing. Centrally located to all we wanted to visit.
