Selbstversorger! Der Blick von unserem Balkon war überwältigend! Die Stadt lag einem zu Füssen, die Bucht und das Meer waren grandios. Die Vermieterin war freundlich.
Das Appartement lag am Berg. Vom Zentrum entfernt mit 72 Treppenstufen und steilen Bergaufpassagen. Vom Strand 189 Treppenstufen entfernt. Appartement mit Fitnessfaktor. Auch hier war die Adresse nicht korrekt angegeben. Unser Navi kannte sie nicht und die Dame der Touristinfo hatte auch ihre Probleme damit. Die Vermieterin war nicht da als wir kamen, Schlüssel steckte. Parkplatz bis zu ihren Eintreffen unbekannt. Strasse war zum Abstellen nicht geeignet.

The location is great and the view from the balcony is very nice - having morning coffee and a glass of wine in the evening on the balcony was probably the best part. We had enough space and many utensils at our disposal. The place was clean and the host is friendly.
A big Spar supermarket is nearby.
Lack of privacy on the balcony and lack of sound isolation from the adjacent apartment (which was actually part of the same space).
Entering straight to the bedroom from the outside driveway - but since it's not for long-term stays, it's tolerable.

It was super easy to find a location and free parking that host offers. She welcomed me as well as her son and helped with my suit. Location is excellent and host is even more excellent.
I liked it all. Thanks Anica once again for driving me to the another location while it was so heavy raining. All my expectations fulfilled.

The beds were so uncomfortable that it eas impossi le to have a proper sleep. Old, uncomfortable..yikes. I didnt like that the host didnt care much about my complaints about our stay and the whole situation pretty much ruined our long-planned family vacation. We booked the place 2 months ahead, and were aware that it was far from luxury apartment, but we still think that it was not value for the money and with the same price or slightly higher, tou can get much much better offer in Opatija. It truly was a bitter life expeeiwnce we dont want anybody to experience. We do not recommend it to family vacation stay. What we also disnt expect or understood from the photos while booking, was that sofa bed was in the kitchen!! Weirdly, they had covered the door between our apartment and neighbour apartment with the matress!

The owner was extremely helpful and pleasant.
The location. Walk back to apartment from beach was gruelling. Elevation of apartment was too high. After third climb back to apartment, resorted to calling taxi.
