מקום נקי בסה"כ. ארוחת הבוקר צנועה. הזמנו מקום ל - 5 - זוג ושני ילדים וקיבלנו חדר אחד גדול ללא חלוקה. הכניסה למלון היא דרך עפר - לא נורא בכלל. הנציגה של המלון חמודה ומוכנה לעזור בכל דבר. סה"כ מלון ממוצע. המלון קרוב לכביש הראשי מרחק של נסיעה של 3 דקות

אפשר להשקיע יותר בארוחת בוקר . בחדר אין קומקום להכנת קפה.

The area is beautiful and the property is on a vinyard were you can wander around. The pool area is also nice for relaxing. The room was a good size for a family of 4.

The room was nice but would benefit from a kettle. The shower was poor with very poor water pressure. Breakfast was ok but could be improved.

Location in beautiful Tuscany vinyard with a local fox visitor nightly. The rooms were well air conditioned. The pool was amazing with friendly guests. The dinners were 5 star and the chef was incredible.

Everything was good. I can not think of what could have been improved upon. The driveway entrance has a drop off that can scrape the bottom of the car.

very small rooms, bad and small shower, not much choice for breakfast. restaurant was one night closed without informing us about that. The bed creaks.

the place is very pretty … and the girls that attend at dinner are so nice. The chef is very friendly and the Dinner food is really good … I got in love with the lil Fox that comes join us for dinner

the bed could be better and the fridge a lil bigger. but what I didn’t like was the lack of communication from people that work there. We arrive at 14:45, the lunch only goes till 15h and the chef already have left … so we didn’t have what to eat, they told us to go to the “city” and was totally and completely close and they knew it would be. the next night we got down to dinner and the restaurant was simply close and no one warn us that the restaurant of the hotel wouldn’t work on Tuesday. Us and another couple stayed without dinner AT ALL !! they went to the city that is also closed for dinners at Tuesdays … the four of us went sleep without dinner. If we knew that the restaurant of the hotel (that is with at least 10 people there at that time) wouldnt work that day we would have stayed longer at Pienza and dinner there !! That made me very angry … totally lack of consideration with the guest

Great place and service. We don’t remember the name, but the receptionist from Ukraine was lovely and made our stay unforgettable. The wine was totally recommended, very very good. I also recommend their restaurant, great food and chef.
