Newly renovated. Very clean property and friendly service.

Nonroom service on 2nd day and paper thin walls so you can hear everything especially loud people after 10-11pm….not easy to het some sleep

Will never stay at this hotel again. Hallways were noisy at all of hours of the day. Fireworks being lit off in the parking lot. A dog barking in the hallway. Doors being slammed at midnight. Jetted tub in room was broke. Refrigerator was very noisy all day and night. Worse hotel experience I have ever had!!

I rarely write reviews but this one is needed. This hotel is being remodeled from a Super 8. It is currently undergoing renovations. Our windows had an opaque plastic film over them because they were painting the siding. At night a couple employees were working to finish rooms by what looked like installing beds and other things. My second night there I could not sleep. There was a lot of walking, stomping and banging on the floor above me. This carried on through the night. I ASSUME it was the overnight workers working on rooms. At 3:30am I tried to call the front desk to ask about the noises. No one would pick up. I finally fell asleep somehow after this time. I would not recommend staying here until the place is complete for these reasons. I understand work needs to get done, but it should be done with consideration of guests and where they are staying in the building. Otherwise it's nicely coming along, nice breakfast. Loved the hot tub, pool and beds. The pool is shallow, but nice for younger kids. I would stay here again if it were done being renovated.

The outside of the hotel was concerning from the first sight of it. There were trailers, a dumpster, and pieces of the building missing. There was also several bikes, and a broken sink laying on the grass by the building. Also one of the side exits didn’t even lock- not even later at night. The beds were very uncomfortable, seemed very small for queen beds. There weren’t any available outlets for charging phones except right by the bed or one by the sink even though we have a renovated room. The breakfast was less than desirable. The gas came out of a bag and had no taste, the waffle batter didn’t come out of the dispenser unless they came and shook the bottle, which only helped for one or two servings. We actually went to a nearby restaurant the next day instead.

Friendly staff.

Staff was incompetent. Could not fix my reservation. Got charged way more than I should have. What a mess!

Nice renovation

Need a light above the sink. No fitness room or hair dryer. It was fine but overpriced.

I had to scrub the tub myself and was told that it was black because the building was 30 years old. The hot tub jets really didn't work and it seemed to have mold around it. It just doesn't have that same cozy feeling that it used to.

The outside needs better lighting at night !

Was a good place to stay! I was upset that hotels.com listed a room that was unavailable all together!! Was unhappy with that!!!! But the Super 8 was great staying there!!

The front desk clerk who checked us in was very pleasant and helpful. The bathroom floor had several hairs on the corners by the tub. It appeared the bedroom area was clean. The TV was fairly small as compared to other hotels we have stayed in. The pool and hot tub area was very outdated. There were sheets of plastic over all of the windows in the pool area. I assume that was done to keep the heat from escaping. It appeared, there was at one time, a steam room. It had been closed up along with a bathroom that was also in the pool area. The location was fine for our needs since it is within the city. The Continental breakfast was average at best. I don't believe this was a hotel stay worth $143.64

It was right on snowmobile trail close to eating places. Great free breakfast

From 2am to 4am guests were loud and arguing in the hallway. No extra blankets in the room. Very thin blankets on bed.

The staff is very hospitable and the hotel is conveniently located on snowmobile trails heading in all directions.

Hotel was easy to book. Check in was smooth and pleasant. Room was clean an everything worked. Check out was easy. Breakfast was as good as you could expect for that format. Will stay again.

The heater in the room was very noisy. Also the fan in bathroom was loud

Trip was a quick turnaround to visit a relative. The room was clean, location was excellent. Hot breakfast was better than some. Only complaint was our mattress.

It was way overpriced for the quality of the room and condition/cleanliness of carpets and walls.

The bed and the pillows were below standard.

It was good, bath tub has a drip so it was full of water when we got there. It was plugged. Everyone was nice and breakfast hit the spot.

I liked the breakfast - beds and room were clean and comfortable. Pool and hot tub area definitely need updating. Rim around hot tub looked like it was developing mold. Pool and hot tub were very old, paint peeling and whole pool room was in bad need of repair and updating.

When I first arrived the front desk woman was on a personal call and then proceeded to answer the phone and help the person on the phone instead of the customer in front of her. The hotel is outdated and dirty and our room smelled of urine, not sure if it was human or pet urine, as they do except pets in the hotel. We did not complain as we were only staying for the one night and leaving at 5 o’clock in the morning. But definitely was not worth the price that we paid.

Would have liked to stay. Had an accident on the road to travel to facility. Was not able to stay. Was not able to get my money back either. what a total loss.

Location was great. Property was clean. The hotel was dated. Needs a upgrade. Carpet in hallway. Beds need to be replaced. etc.

Great breakfast. Staff friendly. Pool and hot tub are decent.

This was our third or fourth stay here over a number of years. Overall, the staff is friendly and the hotel's condition is fine. Our bathroom coming in was not well cleaned and the short-staffed cleaning staff did the minimum during our stay. The breakfasts were fine per Super 8's usual standard - eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, and waffles, fruit, yogurt, breads, juice, milk and coffee. The pool and hot tub worked well. The beds were comfortable, the A/C worked fine, and the water was very hot. We would stay there again. The location in Eagle River made it convenient for us. Gas, fast food, Eagle River Roasters are nearby.

Had a good time fishing with old friends
