We come to Birch Bay every summer for a big family reunion and this is my second time staying at Irene’s ground floor unit. It was perfect for my kids to be able to run outside and play in the grassy area, and quick access to the beach. The unit was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful week at the beach just across the street. Condo provided everything we needed and was clean and comfortable with a patio looking out toward the ocean. Loved it.

This condo was tastefully and comfortably furnished. There’s a view of the bay from the couch! Owner Irene has thought of everything to make your stay comfortable. I’ve never seen such a well-stocked kitchen in terms of staples as well as dishes, glasses and cooking utensils (including muffin tins and cookie sheets if your in the mood to bake), and I’ve stayed in a lot of VRBO and AirB&B places over the years. Irene was easy to reach when I had a question and had a great sense of humor. She really cares about her rentals and wants her guests to enjoy themselves.

The space has absolutely everything we needed. The patio was blissful and had an amazing view of the bay. The owners were wonderful to communicate with. We plan on going back every year.

Right at the beach. Lovely condo complex and condo. Private. Easy access. Great communication from Irene the owner. Well stocked with dishes towels etc. The BBQ was lovely and we enjoyed dinners on the patio watching the sun go down and coffee on the patio in the morning. Would definitely consider another stay!

We had a wonderful experience at Birch Bay this year. The accommodation was perfect. The unit is tastefully appointed, well furnished and stocked. It was clean and everything worked. The access to the beach is only 100 feet away and the clubhouse is a comfortable stroll. The view is spectacular and the sun cooperated. There are lots of things to do and enjoy. All of the neighbors were pleasant. Highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a fun vacation.

Great time was had by all! We loved this two bedroom, plenty of space to stretch out, lovely kitchen to make meals, and even a dryer for the suits between pooltime. We love the big indoor pool and went twice a day, a good way to wear out the kiddos. The condo also had a little patio and grassy area that was just perfect for the kids to explore, find snails and enjoy the sunsets. And just across the street was the bay with a calm beach, a tide that went way out, and many of sand castles were built.

We thoroughly enjoyed the opportunity to stay several nights at this warm and inviting condo. Everything we needed was provided...and more! And the view and the water were just as advertised! Plus, the water was WARM! Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable!

As advertised, the condo was clean, comfortable, with a great view. If you're looking for a great place to stay with family or friends, this is the place. The Birch Bay location gives you an easy drive to Vancouver, Mount Baker, or just exploring the area. Whatcom County has many good eateries and the Farmers Market in Bellingham on Sat. is always a great experience. Jack and Irene take pride in their property.

What a beautiful condo with a superb view of the beach and gorgeous sunsets. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen stocked with lots of spices, oils and tins of food. Even saw a cake mix in the cupboard. My grandson enjoyed playing with the sandtoys that were there and made some great friends. The place was very clean and looked exactly like the pictures. We had a geat dinner of halibut and chips on the patio at CJ's Beachhouse one night. Thanks so much Jack and Irene, we will definitly return.

Jack and Irene were great with setting up our 2 week stay at Thanksgiving. The condo was beautiful and well stocked. View of the Birch Bay was great.My family had the best time playing in the pool. Swimming in November in Washington , who would have thought. We love Birch Bay and can't wait to move there. Will recommend Jack and Irene's condo to family and friends. This property was fantastic for our mother - daughter (a tween) get away. Everything was very clean and very well stocked! Being so close to the beach and restaurants was awesome, as was having the use of the hot tub and pool. The owners were very accommodating and helpful. I would definitely recommend this property.

My husband and I spent a much needed week at this comfortable and lovely location right across the street from Birch Bay. We were celebrating our 30th anniversary that was in August and we were so happy to land our feet not only WA, but next to the Pacific. The condo was perfect for us and we were able to spend time on the coast, toured around Whatcom County and went into BC two days also. There is a very nice grocery market located about 4 miles east of the bay. Lots of great expresso stands around for such a small town (Blaine) and so close to the Canadian border. Whatcom Lake in Bellingham (south end) is amazing and if you can get to Lighthouse Park in North Vancouver, take the hike and enjoy the views! Found a few wineries and fishing locations within 25 minutes more or less of our condo also. It was so peaceful each day while we were there and we appreciated Jack and Irene's contact when were setting up our reservation. Thanks again for everything Jack and Irene. Hope to one day meet you both.
