It was extremely dirty, had I not arrived late at night exhausted I would have left. There was marijuana crumbs on the bedside table, the shower was filthy, the floor was filthy. Nasty place, I don’t recommend

It was quiet/ close to airport

The first thing to know is that if you click on the address that hotels.com gives you to put in your gps, it takes you to the wrong spot, which is very unnerving when you are traveling at night with kids! If you put the name of the hotel in your gps, it will take you to the correct location, which is a mile away. I have never seen this phenomenon before, so I can't explain how this happened. Another thing to note is that no one was at the front desk when we arrived. There is a phone on the desk that says to call when you arrive. The person did arrive within a few minutes, but this means anyone can walk into the hotel. The other door you can enter the hotel does not require a key, so there is another entrance that is not secure. I've never seen this at a hotel either. Other than these two issues, the hotel was satisfactory.

Clean and safe

TLDR; I’d stay again. Do you make poor financial decisions by spending too much on a vacation and then need a cheap place to stay at the night before your 6am flight because the Pittsburgh airport is bonkers? Then this is the spot for you. Is it anything fancy? No. Did part of the toilet come up off the floor completely every-time I sat down on it? Yes. (Please note I’m around 130 lbs). I admittedly have never stayed at a non-major chain hotel in my life, because as I mentioned, I make poor financial decisions, so this was a first. Though after carefully reading reviews this place had the least scary reviews for the lowest price so I went for it considering I was going to be there for only about 10 hours and spend most of that time sleeping. Check in was easy. Room was clean. A/C worked. Bed was better than the air mattress I had slept on the previous night. Restaurants were close by. Overall for a $70 hotel I feel like it could have been a lot worse. The owners seem to try their best to take care of things.

Comfortable and clean budget friendly motel. Cable TV, microwave. Quiet and basic, 10 min drive to airport. Only hiccup was no shampoo.

The property is a little run down

The place is clean and simple but I’m only here for one night and it’s all I need.

I assumed there was breakfast, but I was wrong. There was no paper towels or facial tissues in the room. I could hear the people in the room above us as they walked in their room.

There was no staff available to check me in upon arrival, nor did anyone answer the lobby phone for well over 45 minutes. Expedia also tried to reach this establishment and was unsuccessful. After about 45 minutes of waiting and trying to change my reservation, an employee showed up to check me in. The ice machine was broken, and there was nothing available in the area for dining within walking distance, that I could notice. The room itself was clean, and the bed was comfortable. Not a bad price for a quick layover stay from the airport, but I’d look elsewhere next time, after all the initial hassle of trying to get settled in after a long day of travel.

We never even got to check in! After 37 minutes of NO ONE being at the desk to check us is, we finally had to leave to find another hotel.

Tried to check in and was turned down with no refund, although me and my party were of age to get a room (18 ) and staff was extremely rude and unprofessional.

Dilapidated. Staff rarely on site - had to call to have them come from elsewhere, likely the property next door. Rooms had only harsh overhead lights, dirty and old light switches, broken door handles, bathroom hooks missing off of the back of the door, bathroom toilet loose and wobbly, poor daily cleaning which half of the time didn’t replace towels and no shampoo despite requests. One night awoken at 5am for a sounding alarm or other device just outside the room (no emergency response). You stay here just for shelter that is cheap. No other benefit.

I had a great stay.

The desk wasn't manned, so no one answered the phone when i was seeking directions. Google maps took me to two incorrect locations. The Inn is tucked behind Quality Inn and not readily visible. The mattresses were in poor condition. I guess this what one should anticipate when you stay at a budget hotel. It is adequate for a one night stay.

Clean comfortable room near the airport. No complaints.

Very good value for the pay. Do not compare with chain group hotels please.
