Easy walk to downtown Kirkland restaurants & stores, and to local parks. Enjoyed breakfast/lunch on patio. Main floor was a wonderful, cheerful space for reunion with family from across the country.

What an amazing property! We have stayed in many very nice and sometimes very pricey properties over the years and Mark's property is at the top of the list. It's a great value. The house is immaculate and furnished beautifully. The home is a very short walk to the town of Kirkland which has many restaurant and shopping options and the neighborhood around the property is clean, friendly and feels very safe. Kirkland is a quick 15-30min drive to Seattle (depending on traffic) if guests are looking to explore the big city. The property has very nice views of Seattle across Lake Washington. We only had a few questions and he Mark responded to our messages immediately. Thank you for hosting such us at your beautiful property Mark. We'll be back for another visit!

This home was amazing. Everyone loved the beds and enjoyed having their own private bath. It is beautifully decorated. Mark was very helpful and responsive. I would definitely stay here again.

Our family, from age 3.5 years old to 70, were in WA for our niece’s college graduation celebration in Redmond. The house is well-appointed, tastefully decorated & had more than sufficient supplies for our 5-night stay. We had plenty of space to spread out. Mark is a great host, very responsive and accommodating. We love the location of the house. Great views of the lake and a short walk to town to shop and eat. We enjoyed visiting Kirkland! We'll stay with Mark again should we have another event in Redmond.

Family wedding

We needed a place close to downtown Kirkland, WA which could handle older couples and allow for get togethers for other family members in the Seattle area. This exquisite house fit the bill! Mark was very responsive to any queries we had. I highly recommend this house and may lease it again in the future.
