We really enjoyed our stay. Perfect for 2 people or family with 1 or 2 little ones. Can hear surf at night. I really liked the company managing the property! They actually called us and told us the condo was ready for early check in! The only reason I gave 4 stars for accuracy of online listing is because it was described as beachfront where beach access more accurate. There is a path 1,600 steps to the beach, this unit is at the front of the property with 2 parking lots and several buildings from the beach. Would definitely rent again.

We had a nice experience renting this property. No problems lots of fun and rest. It was clean and had everything we needed to get started on a quiet stay. Only downside was that it was right next to office. Had some foot traffic.

Cute and looked clean but so much hair in tub drain I had to dig a lot out myself just to get it to drain. Air conditioner froze up second morning and had to deal with that. For the price I did not appreciate having to buy my own toilet paper after we used what was provided. The floor had a thin layer of sand that was yucky as we walked around barefoot. Dead roach on floor and something bit me on my back three times in bed on last night. They do not provide clean sheets except the day you check in. POOL: looked great until you got close and saw dead bugs and baby frog floating all over. Not just a few. Was gross. Calling about the air, the management people were nice and got it fixed as long as you never turn it down past 74. We were not happy. For the extra cleaning fees, it should be cleaned every day. Closet to hang clothes was full of chairs so clothes were not hanging straight. Will never stay there again. Only view was the front of my truck out the window. Had to empty own trash before we left. Just not cool

We really enjoyed the closeness and accessibility getting to and from the beach as well as the pool. We loved grilling out a few nights as well by the big pool. The condo was clean and just enough room for the 4 of us to stay. Owner was very responsive and accommodating to our needs. We definitely enjoyed our stay! Thank you!

Very nice and efficient

Everything was great! The only issue was trying to get the code to get in. I called twice on our way into Port Aransas (once after the check in time) and was told I would get a call for the code. We were already there waiting when we got the call to get the code to get in. However, the room was great, the pool was nice, and they had security checking the property which made us feel safe.

Nothing fancy but Everything was nice and clean and well stocked. It's perfect for a small family. Our 2 boys ages 6& 9 stayed comfortably on the futon but if you have older children it may a little crowded for them. It is right next to the office but the noise was not a problem for us. Kids loved the pool and basketball court and there are several spots available for grilling and relaxing outdoors. It's an easy walk to the beach. A bit bigger TV would be nice but we didn't use it much anyway.

Updated studio with full and a futon. Furnishings were nice and it was clean. This is unit #1 so its right next to the complex office. Lots of foot traffic and cleaning crew yelling right outside your window early in the morning. Complex was fairly dated overall but most places we saw in Port A looked that way. Big pool was not very clean but the second smaller one was cleaner. Beach is convenient walk via boardwalk. Overall this was a cheap place to stay for 2 adults and 1 child. Any more and it would have felt crowded.

My husband and I stayed here last weekend, and it was a cute place, but there was a few things that I didn't love that would make me not stay here again. PROS: Close to the beach, small stocked kitchen, just the right size for 2 people, clean, cool, convenient location. CONS: Right next to the office, so very noisy with people coming and going, especially early in the morning. It is also the furthest unit from the beach, so it's a walk. The bed says it was a queen, it is not, it is a full size bed and very hard to sleep in with 2 adults. No tissues were stocked, no soap, blow dryer, coffee or any amenities that are typically found at other rentals. Overall, our experience was decent, but I wouldn't book here again.

The unit was clean and cool, ready to enjoy. Kitchen was well equipped. Furnishings were very attractive and comfortable. Only thing missing was bath soap. TV was small compared to current models. Easy access to pool and beach. Overall, very enjoyable stay.

This was my 5 year olds first time at the beach and the size of the unit was perfect for me, my husband and her. It was super clean and so close to the beach! I will definitely stay here again next year! I loved the pools as well!!

The studio is exactly as pictured and extremely clean. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook and eat, just buy your food to cook. There are beach towels, extra blankets, iron and more. The bed, pillows and comforter are extremely comfortable and plush. It is definitely a good size and we didn't feel cramped. The studio is very close to the beach, walking distance and you can even park your car closer to the boardwalk located on the property(someone with mobility issues). There are two very nice size pools, tennis courts, playground, and barbeque pits. You literally do not have to leave the property. We absolutely enjoyed our stay and plan to return again.

Will definitely stay here again. Couldn't ask for a better place. Great location. we could not believe all the amentities they offered. On a scale of 1-10 they get an 11.

Had a great stay here. It was a little cold to swim in the ocean (March) but the pools were not bad. Very great stay overall. Docking a star for having to clean up after yourself so much. I realize it's not a hotel, just would like to not have to worry about it.
