Busy weekend on the island, but we had this gorgeous private cabana to relax in. It is a quiet area

It is located within walking distance to many restaurants and shops. Close to beach access. Quaint comfortable cottage

Wonderful place to stay! Great location and easy check in and out! Highly recommend!

We checked in easily and settled in for our week long stay. Unfortunately we ended up leaving the next day. We realized it was a colder than usual for Port A but the cottage had no heat, no TV service and no hot water. We called the office in the morning and they brought 2 small space heaters but with no water etc we asked to be relocated to another rental unit with no issues. They were unable to accommodate us and agreed to refund our money. We have used this management company previously and will do so in the future. The owner agreed to also refund our money.

My husband and I booked this little cottage for our Thanksgiving vacation. It was exactly as described and more than I expected. The property was very clean and smelled great when we checked in. The yard, both front and back, were very well manicured. The additional cabana was amazing even though it was cold and rainy the whole week we were there. The entire backyard is fenced very well; it kept my dachshund in without fear of him being able to escape as many of the other fences in the same community aren't as secure for small dogs. The two TVs both had a Roku device where you can login to your streaming services. The TV in the living room/kitchen area has cable, as well. Wi-Fi was snappy so streaming on the Roku and browsing the web on our phones was easy peasy lemon squeezy. I drink tea every morning and was pleasantly surprised when I found a kettle in the cabinet. The coffee pot worked as expected so my husband could have his morning coffee. The location is excellent. Port Aransas isn't a very large area, but there are a ton of restaurants within walking distance. There's a ton of shopping nearby, too. Beach access is super easy to get to. Check-In and Check-Out were really easy - the property had a lockbox where we both retrieved and secured the key. The only negatives were that the shower was on the small side with a low-ish showerhead, and the bed was a bit soft for our taste. These two things didn't really affect our stay as we were still able to shower, it just took a bit getting used to. We still slept great as the bed is very comfy, just a bit soft for our taste. Overall: 10/10 would stay here again.

A great out of the ordinary place to stay and relax. Clean. Comfy mattress. Nice functional kitchen. Quiet complex, walking distance to restaurants, etc. The cabana is awesome! Will hopefully be back.

The cottage stay was very affordable, the facility clean and tidy. The use of the screened outdoor living area was perfect. I would recommend this stay to anyone. The location of the property is within easy walking distance of restaurant and shopping areas. As a side, Renting a golf cart is a definite plus as you can access all of the beaches. At $100 a day, it was well worth the price of admission.

The pictures show the property bigger than it was. The shower was so small you had trouble turning around in it. The bed was very comfortable and the outside area was awesome except for the fire pit that was rusted out from the bottom

Bungalow was perfectly located in the center of town near the beach and local restaurants. If I were you I would bring an additional standing fan to better circulate the air conditioning. And beware of the lawn service that into the backyard without notification.

If I go back to Port A definitely will rent this gem again!

This property was amazing! The backyard and the cabana was our favorite. The backyard is enclosed and was perfect for our dog. The pictures online do this place justice! Also, the bed was super comfy. We almost didn’t want to get out of it! Only a 2 minute drive from the beach. Everything is within 5 minutes of the cottage. The supermarket, restaurants and it’s even right next to an ice cream shop! Highly recommend. 10 out of 10.

This is our second rental here. We love the fenced yard for our dogs and the great private outside space....perfect.

This cottage was in the perfect location close to everything. It was very clean. However the bed was terrible it had no support and sank in the middle. The couch wasn’t much better. The last thing is the toilet seat needs to be replaced it is peeling. Overall this was a good stay but with a few upgrades it would be a great stay!

After an initial fail with communication regarding sending me the number for the lockbox, my voicemail was answered quickly. Adequate parking and great outdoor space for our dog. King bed however was a bit soft and depressed in the center so there was a tendency to roll to the middle. A/C units worked great! The screened porch area was great and the non-functional overhead lights were repaired quickly after informing the realty company. Note: if you have a very small dog, 15 lbs or less, it will be able to escape through the alternating boards in the fence. If you have a larger dog with prey-drive, they could easily break through the thin plastic screen in the screened porch area. We had to keep our dog on a leash with in the screened porch area, so he couldn’t break through the plastic screens to get to the laughing gulls, grackles, and neighboring dogs.

This property is decorated well, has amazing outdoor amenities that allow for gathering if you have friends at neighbouring cottages. Close to dining, entertainment and the beach. Still a real town, not just a resort—loved it.

The property was exactly as depicted. Location was outstanding. We were able to walk to many restaurants and shops. Property was clean and what we expected except the bed. My wife and I felt like human tacos when trying to sleep on the bed. I ended up sleeping on the couch the entire stay. I would rent again if the bed mattress was replaced.
