Very laid back and friendly community. Good restaurants, great fishing opportunities and most enjoyable beach walks. Property unit clean, well equipped and comfortable.

Me & my family had a wonderful time! Perfect location, minutes away from restaurants and shops!! Beach is a short walk from the condo, pool is literally steps away from the front door!!! The kids also had a blast in the front on the playground and basketball court!! Perfect little get away!

Good location, nice furnishings, clean, across from pool, almost everything we needed. Was a little bummed that outdoor patio furniture that was shown in pics is not there. Day of departure, 7:30 am the door opens aNd lady says sorry, she thought we had checked out! We were sitting there in our Jammie’s! Check out is officially not until 11:00. But overall was very nice.

This place was nice and clean. Very well maintained inside and outside. My daughter and her friend enjoyed the pool and the walk to the beach.

This was the 2nd time we have stayed at this property, and it was wonderful! They have done updates to the back porch which make it even more of a fun place to stay! We look forward to coming back again next year!

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful and spacious 2+2 bottom floor rental. They provided all kitchen, bedding and bathroom necessities. The walk to the beach was just over the dunes and the location was extremely convenient to shopping and restaurants. Loved it!!

We loved the place. The only down side we had this weekend was the patio was being refinished and we were not told about it ahead of time. We were not really able to use the patio since part of the concrete was still wet and not inclosed. They were also using the patio to charge tools since the other exterior outlets didn’t work

#31 was amazing! Cute, well decorated, comfy beds, all the appliances and dishware you need - everything was more than expected and thoroughly enjoyed by all!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! No issues whatsoever!!!!!

As former owner at SIV, I knew the complex would have what I wanted and my friends would be happy. My friends LOVED the complex and unit and want to rent on their own. Pros: love the complex because beach access and close to town, beds were really comfortable, decor was great and felt upscale, great finishes inside. Tammy was able to open the door when we arrived because it gets stuck. Mobi mat to beach is huge improvement!!!! Cons: if you plan to cook, bring your own skillets and pans-pans and skillets need to be replaced, no plastic cups. Need blackout curtains in king bedroom, not ideal if wanting to sleep past 7:00 am. Sprinkler on porch hits the window all morning and gets your belongings wet that are on porch. Floors need to be cleaned w different chemical so not sticky. I would def stay again but tack up my own dark sheet over windows!! Loved this unit!

Very comfortable, clean, well stocked. Could use a few extra towels, hangers, dressers. Kitchen the best stocked and pantry space of any place I stayed. I made the reservation well in andvance making finding the checking procedures difficult. A suggested approach would be to provide the check in process (or the complete instructions) two day prior to the stay versus telling the customer to dig for it.
