Couldn't have asked for a better location. The condo was right on the beginner slope and was easy access for all skiers. Access by car was just as easy! Inside was exactly as described. Clean, updated, comfortable with all the things needed for a fun enjoyable time! We will be back.

Cute condo! There were some issues with dirty dishes in the kitchen, but Carl was very apologetic and assured me he would take care of that in the future. Everything else was as described in the summary of the rental.

Awesome location that could only have been made better if the bunny slope had been fully constructed and operating, but Beech Mountain did not have it completed. Thus the ‘hike in/walk out’ designation. Our group of 14 (8 kids ages 4-17 & 7 adults) were split between two town houses, number seven and number eight, side-by-side. This was a perfect set up! The three levels allowed for plenty of space, and an adequate common area for large group meals and hanging out. We enjoyed seeing the slopes from the porch and the plethora of local eating options nearby. We had many first time and second time skiers who, based on ages, took advantage of the traxx program, group lesson, and private lessons. All were great! The crowds on the slopes were insane on Saturday, but we didn’t know Presidents’ Day weekend was the busiest of the year. Sunday was a little better and Monday was great!

Great location right on the slopes. Actually on the terrain park but it was closed so we had to walk a bit down the hill. Warm and cozy home. Fantastic host!

The house is perfect size for 2 families. I loved that the rooms were on separate levels and the living space had its own level. Very short drive to the slopes- could be ski in/ski out when there is more snow on the ground.

Very clean house.

The condo was very clean and comfortable for us and our 3 children. The back porch is right along the terrain park, which wasn’t hard for us to ski out onto and down on the slop but was hard for our youngest. The rope that pulls you up to the top of the terrain hill was operational during our stay. However, again this was too hard for our youngest to use to we chose to drive and park at the base of the mountain. This wasn’t too much of a big deal as parking at the base was free and close. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

We enjoyed our stay in your beautiful home. The kids loved walking right out to the slopes. Also very convenient to the Ski Lodge. We highly recommend your lovely home. Thank you for sharing.
