The property was very roomy and had everything we needed. There there is someone that lives on the property but he does not face the property and does not come around. Just know that if you are a skinny Dipper the pool guy shows up unannounced. We enjoyed the place and would stay there again. It's about a 10-minute drive to Siesta Key Beach in 20 minutes drive to Lido beach. Restaurants are not far but you do need to drive as this is in a residential neighborhood. It was very quiet there.

We enjoyed this house. It is spacious and well laid out. The pool was clean and lovely. Neighborhood is quiet. Easy access to shopping, dining and beaches. Car is necessary.

My kids and i enjoyed the stay, great pool, nice older florida home, great location. I travel often and was surprised by some of the standard polices of this management company. There were no wash cloths or dish cloths, napkins or paper towels. We only had 1 extra roll of toilet paper aside from the roll in use in both bathrooms. After i took.out the large kitchen trash i discovered the only bags to replace were small can size that fit the small can underthe sink. We were there 3 nights and only 2 dishwasher pods were provided. No laundry detergent is provided and thats understandable but check out instructions ask that you wash the sheets. I normally leave a rental very clean but i had no way to wipe the counters and no way to wash the dishes. I was told after welcome packets are used guests should purchase these things. We absolutely loved the Blue Dolphin it gives a quaint home from home experience, It had everything we needed, and it's location is great for traveling around, that veing said, a vehicle is a must. The check in and check out was seamless, so 5 stars all around Many thanks Robert

Pros: -Updated, cheerful decor. -Home was very clean. -Varied selection of board games and books. -Pool was well maintained and clean . -Home is less than ten minutes to Siesta Beach. -Close to Supermarkets and coffee. -Quick response from Management when the AC temporarily went out. Cons: -There is a tenant that occupies the adjacent MIL-type space located on the property, so don't be surprised to see a vehicle in the driveway upon arrival. Although we had absolutely no issues with them whatsoever, it was still a bit... close for comfort. -Outdated kitchen cookware and appliances. Almost as if the kitchen space was an afterthought. Knives so dull that they're almost a hazard at this point. Overall, it was a great, clean and well-maintained house, and for the price, we would definitely book again!
