We are a 3 generational family enjoying the area for our first family vacation as one unit. We all enjoyed the setting and amenities. The parking is an issue. There were 3 cars involved in getting us all to Winter Park. Parking was available for two cars. Crazy! The alternate parking was not walkable. The entities in the area need to work out a deal for parking. This was summertime. Parking should not have been an issue. There were plenty of empty spots next to our condo. We had a fun time. A great area for all of us. We would recommend.

This place was perfect for our group of 11. Kids and adults enjoyed the spaciousness and especially the hot tub after long days of exploring the area. Kitchen was well stocked and beds were comfortable.

We had a great time. Getting to Corridor is a bit of a hike, but manageable (cutting a single-track trail to ski down at the end of the day would help). We would definitely stay there again. Thank you!

This was a beautiful properly. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need to cook. The bedrooms and living spaces were comfortable. Everyone enjoyed the Hottub. Renters need to be aware of two things. First, the townhome has 4 levels and 40+ stairs between the levels. Also to access the ski trail is a hike through the woods then a 5 sets of stairs.

We had an amazing time. The property was exactly what we expected. Our family group of 9 all enjoyed the trip. The house was a close walk to a short green run to the village base.

Excellent layout and accommodations in Winter Park. Very high ceilings as well - the place was extremely comfortable and well appointed. Likewise, it is an easy walk to the Corridor trail which connects Mary Jane's base and the main Village base. Check in/Out was easy and I would absolutely stay here again!

The place was absolutely amazing. Could not have asked for a better trip. Not exactly ski-in/ski-out, but felt blessed to stay in such a nice place nonetheless. Thank you!

This home is Beautiful and just minutes away from the Slopes. Our kids had a blast in the snow and the home is perfect just in case your snowed in.
We definitely recommend this home to anyone wanting to stay in Winter Park.

Easy rental, great place. Was unsure of ski in ski out. There’s needs to be a map but we think we found the correct route up a steep hill; inside/outside fireplace wasnt working but didn’t take away from the trip

This is a beautiful 3 level townhouse with bedrooms on 2 levels and lots of stairs. All of bedrooms were quiet, we loved the hot tub. The kitchen is large and well stocked, the grill was great! The garage is large and we were able to park inside. Fair warning to anyone with small children or anyone with mobility or altitude issues, the hike to the Maryjane corridor is long and uphill.

What a great early season trip to winter park. The condo is amazing, looks exactly as pictured, high end finishes, a heated garage to store boots and skis in. The walk up to the trail was a little challenging, but that was clearly noted in the description. Complete satisfaction.

My family stayed in Winter Park at this property and had the most wonderful time! This property at Base Camp at Iron Horse is so beautiful. The layout of the unit is very comfortable and spacious. Our children had plenty of room to run around and could go sledding right outside the front door, and it is also ski in ski out, which makes it super convenient to avoid traffic at the resort. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to make a wonderful meal. The shuttle also picks up very close by! We loved this property so much that we plan to stay here again next time we visit Winter Park.

We loved this home; it was very nice and clean one of the better homes we have stayed in. Loved having all the dishes, silverware, glassware along with the cooking ware. The appliances all worked very well along with the gas fire places and the grill. Just a few things that need to be addressed and not a big deal was some batteries for the remotes were missing and the door off the kitchen to the hot tub needs to be repaired as it can be very hard to open especially for children and the master bed frame is very loose. I get that it is rented out most of the time so I understand that it can be hard to keep up on some of the maintenance. We would definitely stay here again.

The property was exactly as described and very clean. SkyRun is extremely responsive. Housed 7 people well, lots of room to spread out. The walk into the village was about 10 minutes, less if you can walk or ski the cat track close to the house. Would definitely book again at this location.

Weve stayed at several Winter Park Base Camp condos over the years, and this one was among the best. The condo was well furnished with everything we needed for our stay, and SkyRun communication was great!

This is a beautiful condo/townhouse with a great location. We wanted to be close to base with easy access to and from the slopes. Although it’s listed as ski in/ski out, it was easier for us to keep our gear in base area and take the WP transportation to and from the slopes, especially since we had teen kids that varied in skiing abilities.
Guest services was always available to answer our questions and the home was incredibly comfortable, and had everything we needed to make amazing dinners at night and breakfast in the mornings.
Highly recommend this home for anyone wanting all the comforts of home with access to great skiing (especially spring skiing).

This place was fantastic. We had a group of 6 friends and this place easily accommodated us with privacy and great recreation. I wouod live to return.
