The steam shower was a bit hit!

We had an awesome time in Winter Park. Bob was truly a superhost! He was constantly in touch promptly answering all my queries. Check in process was fully digital and smooth. Condo location was perfect!! Right next to the yellow line shuttle stop and just 5 mins away from slopes. Even the shops and restaurants in the village were within 10 min walking distance. We didn't have the car and we couldn't be at a better location. Bob went out of his way to help us every way finding transportation options for our way to the Amtrak train station. He also honored our request for the late checkout which helped tremendously. Thanks Bob for everything. We highly recommend this place.

We had a great trip to Winter Park! Bob’s condo was very nice, well appointed and very convenient to get into town (short walk into town and lots of great restaurants) and the mountain (with the Lift stopping practically outside our door.)

Bob's property exceeded our expectations from the ease of check-in, cleanliness throughout the property, and comfortable furniture. The two bedroom/two bath configuration provides plenty of room and privacy for two couples (perhaps 1 or 2 children, as well) although there were only two of us for our trip. The location is ideal- halfway between Winter Park Ski Resort and all of the restaurants, shops, etc. Bob's communication and guidance was exceptional from the moment we reserved the property. We hope to be back again soon!

Clean, nice, easy to find, would stay there again & again

Used condo for two weeks as the base for summer fun in the WP/Fraser area. Biking, hiking, rafting, etc. Condo was clean, in great location (i.e. could walk to downtown and events) and host was super responsive to any questions. Was sad to leave :(

This condo was just as advertised and was well-stocked with everything one could want in a vacation condo, especially in this price range. Owner was very communicative and responsive, and there were no surprises that came up. Directions for A/V and internet and washer/dryer were clear and helpful. Condo has two bedrooms with private bathrooms for each. June is always “iffy” in Colorado weather-wise and this condo is in Winter Park at elevation, so we expected that possibility. We did get snow and rain. We saw several moose by the fishing ponds just North of Winter Park, and my elderly father with COPD and I found many great roads/trails (4x4 recommended) that satisfied our desire to explore the CO high country without having to hike very much at all. Trail Ridge Rd and Rocky Mountain Natl Park are about an hour away. I recommend allowing yourself a day to acclimate to the altitude if you aren’t from at least 5,000 ft altitude where you live.

The condo is well located just a few minutes to Winter Park's ski slopes and walking distance to the bakeries, restaurants and shops in town. We loved it and highly recommend it!

We so very much enjoyed the beauty of Winter Park. We fed magpies and chickadees off of the deck and were, as usual, awestruck by the beauty of the landscape. The condo was warm and cozy, and just what we needed for our reset vacation to WP. Thanks, thanks, thanks! We will be scheduling another visit again!

This rental was everything we needed for a long weekend in Winter Park. We stayed for 3 days, 2 nights with a group of 5 adults. There was plenty of space with the pullout sleeper sofa and it never felt too crowded since the family room is pretty large with a couch/lounge area and a dining room table. Loved having two full bathrooms as well, which was great for 5 people trying to get ready in the morning and for bed at night. Overall the home had a very cozy/homey vibe which we loved. The drive to the parking lot at Winter Park was just a couple minutes in one direction and then tons of shopping/dining/grocery options a couple minutes in the other direction from the condo. Very ideal location! The host was also great to communicate with and we had no issues come up during our stay. I can't recommend this spot enough.

The condo was perfect for our family of 4. The view out the master and living room balcony was beautiful. There was some snowfall on one of the days we were there and it added to the experience. We are so thankful for "home away from home" feeling.

Great property, great location, great host.

The property is conveniently located on the edge of the town of Winter Park. The bus stop for the resort is literally 25 paces from the building. The dining in town begins about 2 blocks away. Checkin was super easy and the owner, Bob, is super easy to contact and support you through any questions or concerns during your stay. We enjoyed relaxing in the unit watching the Olympics by the gas log fireplace, doing a puzzle of the resort we found in the unit, and eating. Cooking meals was made easy with the amenities in the kitchen. We enjoyed our time in the condo so much we didn't get a chance to check out the property amenities but they were just steps away from the condo. We will definitely utilize this property on future trips to wonderful Winter Park!!

My kids and I really enjoyed this place. It is very clean and cozy and everything was laid out and explained very clearly. It’s in a beautiful location, and convenient - right between the slopes and the town of Winter Park. The bus stop is right there, the hot tubs and pool were great, and the tv, WiFi, electronics, etc. were very easy to use. I didn’t even have to ask my kids for help. Thanks to Bob and the staff for all they do. We would definitely like to stay here again!

I liked the Fireplace, steamed shower, Jacuzzi, and amazing support from Bob and Ginny. They could have a wall clock at the home, not a must-have, but good to have.

We loved our stay- location was just perfect between winter park and Fraser. it was only 5 minutes drive to either ways. Our Host Bob was great-he kept in regular contact during our stay asking if we needed anything else. both rooms had dressers & closets. All the appliances in the apt was updated. I highly recommend this place.

The owner is very nice to work with. The location is convenient to the ski area and town. Nice clubhouse associated with the condo too.

The condo is on the 3rd floor with high ceilings overlooking snow covered pine trees. The apartment is newly renovated with wonderful furniture and beautiful overall decoration. You will feel at home instantly. There is a large master bedroom and a somewhat smaller second bedroom with a separate entrance as well. The sofa in the living room can be used as comfortable bed. We had been 5 adults and 2 infants. The living room and kitchen are one big comfortable room. Heating is electric with a gas operated fireplace as well. The apartment and kitchen are fully equipped and you will not miss a single item. It is a real family place. Wifi and Stereo system and large screen TV are all provided. In addition there is a clubhouse with a swimming pool and whirlpool. There is convenient bus service to the ski area right from the house and restaurants of all kind are within walking distance. The apartment was in meticulous condition. Overall this was an extremely enjoyable stay and we recommend the apartment highly. We guarantee you will like it.

Booked for my sons birthday, had a wonderful stay. The unit was comfortable, clean and offered great amenities. Bus was convenient for skiing. Steam shower was a nice touch. Would recommend to anyone. Thanks for having us.

We had a wonderful time at Bob's condo during our stay in the summer. Fantastic communication. Before our trip, he really took the time to fully address any questions we had about the condo and complex, such as an available bike rack. Great attention to detail. The upgrades in the bathrooms and other parts of the condo really added to our trip. We especially appreciated the washer/dryer that had clear instructions and provided laundry supplies. We didn't try the jets in the deep bathtub, but the steam shower was enjoyed. We loved the views and sunlight afforded by the windows from being an end unit on the top floor with a great layout. We highly recommend this condo. We had only minor quibbles from our stay. The tissues and toilet paper seemed like they were supplied by the management company and the cheapest possible. Not a big deal for the adults, but we heard a few complaints from our very young kids. Also, the internet didn't work occasionally on the weekend when the complex was busier for the holiday. We loved the condo and it will be our first choice any time we stay in Winter Park.

Great location. Even though it's a part of a larger condo building, it feels private, being on the top (3rd) floor and an end unit. Lovely view off the back balcony of wooded area. The pictures don't do it justice and it just has a really nice feel when you are in it. My mom described it as "wonderful"! Everything was clean and in good condition. So nice that each bedroom has it's own bath. We were able to fit my parents, my husband and I and our two children comfortably. Bob was super helpful and conscientious. Can't say enough good things about it. We will definitely stay here again the next time we are in Winter Park!

A warming fireplace, beautiful views, a remodeled steam shower, what else can a traveler be surprised by? How about a state of the art washer/dryer combination, a DVD sound system rivaling most theaters, comfortable beds, and minutes from Winter Parks stunning slopes. Bob the owner was excellent to work with. Saw a family of moose one day near the Mary Jane entrance.

Our stay was amazing. We enjoyed the fully stocked kitchen with updated appliances, the cozy living room, the steam shower, full size closet with an organizer, and the bed was so comfortable, I think I slept better there than I do at home. The surrounding were breath taking. During the day, we had a great time exploring the quaint town, and in the evening we soaked in the hot tub at the clubhouse. Then cozied up to a fire in the fireplace. We definitely will be back!

Bob was great! He responded within seconds to our requests and followed up on everything! The condo was the best with perfect décor and utility! The entertainment system, the grill and fireplace and steam shower all worked splendidly to make our stay the most enjoyable.

The condo is well suited for anyone's needs. It is not super luxury, but that's not what one should expect. It is VERY well kept, plenty of room, and comfortable beds. The bathrooms are updated as well, if that is something you are concerned with. The washer and dryer are a major perk, and the kitchen has anything one might need. I didn't use the grill unfortunately, but it is a newer Weber and I am sure grills some great burgers. Bob is very responsive and really goes above and beyond to make sure you are pleased with your stay. I wouldn't stay anywhere else the next time I go up to Winter Park.
