Check in was effortless and the house was clean and welcoming. We spent most our time on the back patio when we wasn’t on our boat. Location is great, it’s about 10 minutes from town a minutes away from the marina. We rented a boat slip ($50/day) so we could just hop on the boat and go. Definitely a place to go if your wanting a relaxing stay.

Everything about our stay in this gorgeous Eden Isle home was exceptional and my family left feeling like we had truly had the perfect lake getaway/vacation! If you are looking for a beautiful house that feels like a home - with unexpected amenities, (both indoor and outdoor), helpful and responsive hosts who make you feel so welcome, a quiet and serene setting on a beautiful golf course, and only minutes from one of the most beautiful lakes in Arkansas, then this is the place for you. Some old friends of mine decided we should have a reunion and fish, grill, and reminisce for a weekend. The house we rented is perfectly located within a few blocks from Eden Isle Marina on Greers Ferry Lake and the Red Apple Inn Country Club. We had an excellent time and the house was exactly as advertised and in pristine condition. It contained all amenities that you could ask for to enjoy a relaxing weekend with friends. The outdoor living space with TV, fireplace, grill and plenty of lounging space was perfect for after a day of being out on the water. Additionally, the home owner was extremely friendly and attentive to all our needs. I would highly recommend this house to anyone staying in the Heber Springs area.

My family and I chose this property primarily because it was in the path of the 2024 North American Eclipse and we were certainly not disappointed -- this site was PERFECT for viewing! What we didn't expect was to find this a fantastic spot for future potential vacations. Eden Isle is a great "hidden gem" not only because of its beauty but also because of the friendliness of those who live there (and in Heber Springs a few minutes away). We can easily see coming back to enjoy the many activities, especially on the lake, that this location has to afford. Excellent property as well -- we could have spent hours just lounging on the back porch and enjoying the gorgeous scenery that surrounds the entire community!

This home is beautiful and in a perfect location. The owners were very easy to work with and we had the perfect weekend. I am already looking for a warmer date to visit so we can utilize the backyard.

Lisa responded to us immediately and the house exactly as described and the photos are accurate. It is just off the golf course with privacy, but with views. The back covered patio is very nice and the house is elegant as described by my daughter. Thanks for the hospitality.
