Seaside Boutique has been the perfect place for us to stay in Port A. The staff was very accommodating, keys have been lost on the beach, towels replaced. Nancy made us feel like home with her sweet disposition and genuine care. Jeremy was also very helpful, kind and professional. I couldn't have asked for a better beach experience. A minute walk from the beach, continental breakfast...I'm hesitant to post this review only because I want to keep this gem to myself and for rooms to always be available for me in the future.

We enjoyed our welcoming stay and plan on a future venture to our home away from home. Thank you Nancy your managerial position it was appreciated.

This is a nice hotel. Clean and close to the beach. The young man at the front desk was very professional and personable. A great value.

I had a great time! I could t have asked for a better location. We just walked to the beach in less than 5 minutes from door to water. Clean rooms and friendly service. I would suggest bringing a towel or rug to lay on the floor to clean the sand off your feet before entering the room. It’s tile floor (easier to clean) but it gets sandy. Overall it was a great experience and I highly recommend this hotel.

It was a quick 1 night stay. It was not what I was expecting as a “boutique” hotel. It was more of an ok motel. It was roomy and clean and that’s all that mattered.

The property location is good, but the property itself is not that great for the price. The floors in the room were not mopped for decades, the quality of the sleeping sofa was terrible - one of them was torn apart inside the matrass. Breakfast was mediocre. There is nothing close to the hotel where you can eat after 9pm. Most restaurants were closed at 9PM on Friday! A lot of people and families with kids were looking for place to eat and it was only one place opened at that time, and it was packed and the waiting time was between 45-60 minutes. You can get better service in all-inclusive resorts flying to Playa Del Carmen for 3 days for the same amount of money.

Very clean, friendly service. Great location! Clean pool. Accomodated early check in and late check out. Very spacious 2 room family suite.

I really enjoyed my stay at Seaside Boutique Hotel. The pool was clean and well maintained. I had a king size room. There are just a couple suggestions i would make. It would be nice to have a small entrance table as soon as you walk in to place keys, sunglasses purse etc, just something small as you enter. As well as either a floor lamp or side table as the lighting in the room was a little too bright for me. I kept the curtains open to enjoy view and natural light. I loved the bathroom lighting options. I would put in a shelf in shower for additional hygiene products as well as another hook to hang damp items. Overall a great experience and i will be returning!

No hot water, bug in room, electrical outlet no working…but close to beach

No front desk help upon check in at 6pm, had to call a phone number to retrieve my key under a mat. Was told to return after 8pm for more info after their lunch. No one answered the Ring bell late at night. No WIFI, no functional TV without internet connection.

It was wonderful to be able to walk to the water. The rooms were nice, very comfortable, and having a hot breakfast was amazing!

Phenomenal service everyone is friendly and helpful! You can literally walk to the beach in 2 minutes! The pool was crystal clear and warm! Nancy did an amazing job of making us feel at home! We will definitely be staying there again soon!!!

Really enjoyed the room and proximity to the beach. The staff was very nice and extremely helpful. Breakfast was very good. Only complaint I had is there is only one chair in the room, even though there are two beds for up to four people, the only place to sit is one office chair or the bed. We would have liked to sit together at the counter to eat a sandwich but you can’t. Oh, and the faucet in the shower is kinda strange for the hot and cold part, took a minute to see how it worked. Took a while to figure out the tv remotes also, they should have instructions lol.

Absolutely enjoyed our time here. Loved the people from management to all the help. It was a great place on the beach. The breakfast was very tasty and fulfilling. The price was better than any other hotel on the beach and most of Port A. Highly recommend!!

Everything was great! Convenience was great! They’re good rooms. I would have liked them a little cleaner. The bathroom/shower that leaks water all through out bathroom is gross to me. Otherwise, all good!

Parking was a bit tight but everything else was fantastic! Super great staff!

This is a great spot right next to the beach! Nancy and team are very professional, super nice, and go out of their way to make sure your stay is memorable. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Breakfast was included and offered biscuits and gravy, big deal for us, and the waffles were good too! Pet friendly which was our English bulldog appreciated! He is always ready to meet and make new friends. Definitely would return.

Great place right on the beach! The manager, Nancy, and the staff were very attentive and friendly. The breakfast was great. They provided beach towels and chairs and the pool is well maintained and very nice. The view was magnificent! We will definitely return.

The receptionist was very polite! The lady who prepared breakfast was also very polite and even made everyone waffles. It was clean and organized loved it.

The hotel has seen better days, our room showed quite a lot of wear and tear. There were also hairs from a previous guest in the bathroom and the floors were not too clean. Fortunately we had some cleaning spray, bleach wipes, and paper towels and were able to clean and disinfect the room ourselves. The staff were friendly, and did offer to move us to another room later on, but we had already cleaned the room we had, so we declined. The hotel is right next to the beach, which was a real plus. We booked the hotel on very short notice so it was good that we were able to find a place that was dog friendly. I will say that the hotel is pretty indicative of what you will normally find in it’s price range on the beach over a weekend, so we kind of knew what we were getting into, thus the average rating and why we did come prepared with the cleaning supplies and personal bed sheets. We did enjoy our stay in Port Aransas, and if you are looking for a good place to eat, try Tortuga’s.

This is the perfect place right on the beach! Amazing customer service that makes you feel at home!! Hot breakfast till 10am! Such a wonderful experience and can’t wait to come back!

The hotel is right beside the beach which makes it perfect and my room was absolutely beautiful!! The property manager Nancy is awsome!! I will definitely stay here again.

It is steps from the beach and management is very sweet, professional and welcoming. This is our go to weekend getaway stay. We took our toddler, teenager and grandson perfect location.

The Staff went above and beyond in kindness, service and personality. Perfect location, walk to the beach in 5 minutes. An elevator would have been a plus, it was a challenge getting luggage, and beach chairs up to the 3rd floor. The rooms were in need of freshening up (cosmetic) but otherwise comfortable and suitable. Complimentary breakfast was very well taken care of. Never left hungry, always a smile and happy greeting by Niecee (not sure of the spelling). Front desk greeting from Nancy was always pleasant. Looking forward to our next stay.

A really nice woman named Nancy showed true hospitality during my stay. We needed assistance late at night and she was the only one who picked up the phone and she was able to solve our issue in a matter of minutes.
