We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful location. To see a mum and baby dolphin swim passed every day was amazing. The house was beautifully presented with a kitchen that provided for all our needs and more. Highly recommend this place for your next getaway. Definitely returning.

Location and set up of the house was perfect for our family, kids were entertained all day with the canoes and Jetty.

We have stayed at Kaya Manzi twice and will definitely be back. We all love fishing, crabbing and kayaking on the river and the backyard is lovely to relax in. Well stocked kitchen and very clean. A perfect home away from home.

One of the most beautiful properties we have stayed at, we are a group of friend that have a weekend away every 3 months and have stopped all over WA, never gone back to a place twice, this one will definitely be a regular on our list!!!! Thank you so much Christine for having us at your incredible property in South Yunderup. I was so grateful for your friendly and prompt communication throughout the booking process. The house was beautifully presented, exceptionally clean, and very well equipped. All the basic essentials were available like glad wrap, alfoil, napkins, cooking oil, salt and pepper etc, as well as complimentary shampoos/conditioners, toothpaste and moisturiser. Christine really had thought of everything to ensure our stay was comfortable. The location is brilliant, and we were able to moor our boat to the property's private jetty. We didn't need to use our car for the duration of the trip, as we accessed everywhere we wanted to go via water. We had a wonderful time at Kaya Manzi and would love to be able to visit again. Thanks again for making our stay so comfortable.

The communication and check in process was smooth and we even got a surprised welcome gift for Christmas! The house is amazing, facing the canal with nice view of the Christmas light of other houses. The house is clean with new kitchen which include everything from Nespresso coffee machine, built-in dishwashers and all kitchen utensils. What we like about most is the football table and board games which keep the kids entertained, and the complimentary crabbing Net and fishing rods brought us so much fun at the jetty, will definitely recommend this to others and come back again for next holiday.

Our little family get away was absolutely memorable in a perfect location. The home that Christine and Julian allowed to our family the stay in was absolutely stunning and very cozy an comfortable. Wonderful weekend break, Christine was exceptional with communication, ensuring everything was organised. The house was immaculate, everything we needed. Beautiful view out onto the canal, with dolphins swimming nearby. Dropped crab nets and caught a heap of crabs, great fun for parents and kids. Great living space, all with outlook over canal. Beds very comfortable. Also had a boat, so able to tie it up to the Jetty and head in and out as desired. Highly recommended.
