Comfy beds and well-stocked kitchen. Great location with some quiet and privacy outside of Breck but close enough to the action.

The location was excellent. The house was immaculate and well tended to. Check in and out a breeze. There was constant communication for any needs with the rental property company. I would rent again in a second.

My daughter and I stayed at this beautiful home in celebration of her 13th birthday. The home is absolutely gorgeous and very well-maintained. The property managers are easy to contact. We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect location. We will definitely be back!

Great stay, just a few minutes outside the hustle and bustle of Breckenridge, but close enough to enjoy all Breck has to offer. Saw a couple moose and fox in the back yard. Just a great stay!

Great house! For once, plenty of towels for the family, and clean!

This house is gorgeous. It has beautiful decor and is very cozy. Everything is in new condition, with thoughtful additions throughout. The kitchen is fully supplied with all cook and dining ware. The underfloor heating kept the house very cosy, and the hot tub in the snow was amazing. Everything was very clean. A wonderfully quiet community within a short drive to Brackenridge town

House was great. A few cleaning items, wrappers missed under couch, cobwebs behind doors, nothing major. Kitchen was very well supplied. Unfortunately the fireplace quit working but maintenance was pretty quick and tried to fix it, but couldn't during our stay. Quiet neighborhood away from town, but just a short drive to town and skiing. Enjoyed the peace and hot tub!

The experience was excellent from start to finish. Communication with management was great and to the point, check-in instructions were very clear. The neighborhood feel is remote.  With no thru traffic and houses far apart it is very quiet. The winter feeling is serene! At the same time you are only a 10-minute drive from the center of Breckenridge, which is a cute little town with a bunch of great restaurants and cafes (try Mimo Tapas, authentic Spanish food and superb service). The house is perfectly maintained and very inviting after a day on the slopes. Kitchen is fully equipped with quality appliances and everything you need to cook and drink. Really liked the comfy chair and sofa in the upstairs corridor - extra nooks to get away with a book from the rest of the group.

We had an awesome stay at your home for the start of ski season! The house is cozy (loved the fireplace!) with plenty of space to spread out, I loved the well-equipped kitchen and the cocktail bar is a nice touch. I also appreciated the home office space upstairs. It was very nice to relax among the trees in the quiet neighborhood but still be well under 10 minutes from the Breck gondola and downtown. We will be back!
