Beautiful property, great location. Had slight issue with access codes, however resolved quickly with assistance of management company representative. Would definitely recommend this property.

This was place was very clean, spacious and centrally located in Silverthorne. My dad and two brothers did a golf trip and we all had our own bedrooms and bathrooms. Hot tub was a huge bonus after a day of golf!

Reviewer Comments: Our niece’s wedding was at Our Lady of Peace, only a 3 minute drive away; with reception at the venue across the street from the Indigo Hotel, about 8 minutes away, so location was perfect. The condo is brand new, perfectly clean and very well stocked with cooking and dinnerwear for large family dinners, plus a new Weber gas grill on the deck. Bedrooms are not huge, but ample enough, we appreciated having the extra square footage on the main level where we played games on the huge dining table while others enjoyed the living area with very comfortable furniture, cool fireplace and awesome, huge very hi def tv with extra sound bar and bass unit.We used the hot tub and the nice large capacity washer and dryer. All the appliances are not stupid expensive Wolf/Viking type stuff, but are very high end GE. There is only one fridge, and it is not huge, so if you are big beer drinkers bring a cooler to ice that down and you’ll be fine.Overall, excellent accommodations with more room for less money than had we stayed in four hotel rooms at the Indigo.

The closets are very large and not cluttered with the owner's belongings. Same with the kitchen. Nice, big pantry and all the dishes and cooking utensils needed but there's only salt and pepper provided. Cooking spray would be a welcome addition as well as some liquid hand soap in the kitchen and bathrooms. The heated garage is a convenient place to store skis, etc. It's a quick trip into town and close to several ski areas. The neighborhood is quiet, the home is beautifully decorated and very clean. I'd say it was spotless but the trash in the pull-out cabinet had not been emptied. Other than that, everything went smoothly.

I have never publicly left a negative review for a hotel or lodging, however I do know how important reviews are when booking a place to stay in a new town. Upon check in, we were greeted with dirty bathrooms/ sheets.The mirrors had not been wiped down, nor the shower in the master bathroom which contained pubic hairs and other remains. The sheets in a bedroom had brown stains. When paying almost $1k per night, this is bare minimum standard in my opinion. The owner of the condo, who lists number as contact, does not reply to calls/texts. This was our biggest concern as we had multiple grievances throughout our stay. Mid way through our stay, the door code (we were not given the garage code) changed from one code to another, locking us out of our condo. The wifi went out mid day Friday and we had someone working from home that could not complete their work. The thermostats do not operate correctly leading to sweltering nights. The washing machine does not operate correctly which led to lack of clean clothes and linens. The dishwasher left dishes dirty, leading to us doing them by hand. Although we appreciate the security, there are multiple cameras and the owner would message Summit County Mountain Retreats with comments about our comings and goings throughout the stay. This led to us feeling uncomfortable the entire stay. It is not somewhere anyone in our party would recommend staying as there are much cleaner, kinder, more accommodating places in the Silverthorne area.

We had two families with a total of 5 kids - and it was great to have enough living/dining space for everyone to be together. Great space for two families to share. Convenient to lots of skiing. The hot tub was disappointing as it wasn’t well maintained, but everything else was spot on.

The house had a great bedroom set up. Kitchen was well stocked. We couldn’t find a shuttle to Keystone that we could walk to but that might have been our understanding. We did have people to drop us off so the shuttle ended up not being an issue.

It is a brand new location with excellent attention to detail re: bedding, towels, blankets, humidifiers, fans, etc. Our family (teenagers and college students) loved the hot tub, the large kitchen/living room, and the proximity to the ski resorts. It was an incredible stay!
