•UBER EATS OR UBER CAB DOES NOT COME HERE
•NO POWER FROM 6PM - 7AM
•ONLY ONE FOOD SOURCE THAT YOU NEED TO WALK VERY FAR IN THE DARK
•NO HOT WATER
•AT NIGHT YOU ARE ON YOUR OWN (NO HOTEL STAFF) VERY VERY VERY DARK AREA / NO STREET LIGHTS
•LOCALS WILL TRY TO GET YOU TO LEAVE WITH THEM
•DURING A NATURAL DISASTER HOTEL STAFF LEAVES YOU ON YOUR OWN (meanwhile they are staying in the UPSTAIRS SUITE leaving you clueless)
•ONLY THING TOWELS PROVIDE IS TOWELS ***LITERALLY NOTHING ELSE***

I know this is an adult only and I LOOVED it but it gave me for a weird vibe in the neighborhood at night. Overall, I Didn't care because this spot made up for it... Wish it had a hot tub but still in yet- AH MAY ZING....

We arrived to a text with information on a key to let ourselves in our room and a code for our room. We had a full bed. We were expecting a King Size bed. No one was available till the next morning. We didn’t get an apology but rather an excuse that it must have been a computer error and they would talk to the booking agent. No access to the beach. Breakfast was stale cereals. Shower had poor pressure and difficult to find a good temperature. I would recommend anywhere other than this place.

It was a very nice little hotel. Loved having the ocean in our literal backyard. There was no beach access which was disappointing. But we enjoyed sitting on the deck in the evenings. The bed was very uncomfortable and sleeping there for 6 nights made us pretty grumpy. Overall it was a special place and I know they're doing renovations still, so maybe a new mattress will be added

Cool little hotel right on the At school, they have all these recruiters there and so she started talking to these marines that were like she’s real athletic and she was softball player played basketball so she’s like they were like doing these pull up challenges and she’s out there beating the guys They’re like oh

Our stay here was great. They have a cute little deck where you can sit and relax just listening to the ocean waves. It was within walking distance to a nice beach and a lot of restaurants. It was clean and the staff was extremely nice and helpful with suggestions on things to do and places to go.

This was a perfect hidden gem! So close to the ocean and quiet enough to hear the waves. This is a beautiful up and coming boutique hotel with clean rooms, comfty beds, hot showers and excellent AC. Exactly what we needed while we toured around the island.

Selva Boutique Hotel saved my vacation to Puerto Rico! Oceanfront and beautiful. The room was beautiful with an ocean view. The hotel is so close that I heard ocean waves 24/7. I felt like I was on vacation as soon as I walked through the door. The bed was big and comfortable. Parking was super easy. And this hotel had to be the cleanest place i have ever stayed. I would absolutely stay here again.... and again.

This is a great place to stay. The staff, housekeepers and maintenance are very friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay. The rooms are a little old but in my opinion, the cleanliness is priority and they have 5 stars in the housekeeping. Great facilities and again, everything was super clean.

Selva Boutique Hotel is a lovely, simple place that is a welcome contrast to large resorts. My room was comfortable and nicely appointed for the low pricepoint. The property is in a quiet residential area. My room opened to the pool with a view of the ocean beyond.

We booked the two bedroom with panoramic ocean view and it was great. Nice, clean room with a great view with two balconies. The outdoor pool was very nice as well. I would stay here again if I ever go back to Puerto Rico. My only suggestion is they should add a drink vending machine and bigger ice maker because it was tiny.

This beautiful property was recently purchased by a lovely woman who is in the process of renovating it. It's located in a safe, quiet neighborhood within walking distance to the Luquillo Kiosks and local beaches. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The pool was clean. The best was how friendly and nice everyone was. We would definitely return.

Horrible property. It’s a complete cat fish. We arrived and we felt like we were walking into a horror movie. We asked for a refund and they said no. So I’m fighting it to the end

The property was beautiful, and we wished we could've stayed longer. We wanted to take a night swim in the pool, but noticed that there was no lighting in the pool itself or surrounding it so we opted not to.
Other than the pool lighting the room and whole place was clean and the morning coffee/tea and cereal was a nice treat!

I love this little hotel. The sound of the waves crashing on the rocks is awesome. Very short walk to a very nice long beach and the Luquillo kiosks which have good food and drinks. Staff is super nice and accommodating. I will go back here!

We stayed for 4 nights. It was dated but comfortable. Beds could use some slip guards on the legs though. Great location for daily walks to the kiosks for dinner. Price was on point for what was expected and received.

I like that was a b&b. The hotel was not finish. The beds were very hard. The shower had no rails to hold on and shower had an inclination plus slipery. All the doors were hallow, very noisy. And the other clients were fighting all night.
