Great and new hotel, good TV, very helpful staff, nice massage

The staff were extremely accommodating and the hotel is beautiful and clean

Food and cocktails are on the slightly pricier side

Les service, les petites attentions, le personnel, l’emplacement, j’ai adoré. Le jour de notre départ, nous sommes parti à 6h, ils nous avaient préparé un petit déjeuner à emporter, j’y retournerai , je le conseille

Prime location in Canggu and close walk to shops, restaurants and beach. We had balcony with Ocean view but it was a bit waste of money as the Ocean from our room was far away. Pool on the rooftop had amazing views. Staff is all friendly, helpful and welcoming from start to finish. Room and hotel in general were clean and well kept.

The restaurant! Awful. Sorry I hardly ever find things that bad. The acoustics were terrible - so much noise the minute you walk in. Breakfast is from 6:30-10:15 and even though we were there before 9 yogurt was warm and the fruit slimy. They do a la carts breakfast but it took forever to arrive. One day the salmon was fishy and not something we wanted to eat. The staff apologized and offered something else but we did not have time to wait another 20 minutes. The rooftop pool is beautiful with a bar there as well. Unfortunately music is tuned on full volume from 10 am so not much downtime is possible. Really a shame.

All staff were wonderful couldn't do enough for you. Always happy.

Bathroom area a little steamy and mirrors took a long Time to clear but wasn't too much of a problem.

Небольшой шум с улицы, но и у нас окна выходили на улицу , достаточно шумно, но это нам не мешало, бассейн холодный, ветер обдувает на верхнем этаже так ещё и купаться холодно, возможно это из за погоды так как летом тут зима +27, но в бассейне почти никто не купался, я бы его подогревал

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, which exceeded our expectations in every way. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, making us feel right at home. The location is perfect, offering a sense of seclusion despite being in a bustling area (due to motorbikes). Easy access to the beach was a highlight, allowing us to enjoy the sun and also nighttime activities. Additionally, we were delighted to find numerous fantastic breakfast and dinner spots nearby, adding to the overall convenience and enjoyment of our stay.
