The house is clean. Housekeeping is good and service team is very helpful. Especially Lisa who always quickly responses to our requests no matter before and during our stay. We have spent our holiday there for 7 days, we all have a great time.

The villa whete we stayed looks gorgeous from the outside but the inside was not very clean -- it was not well maintained.
There was no front desk or reception as we expected, but instead, a member of the staff for this property was assigned to us.
Check-in/check-out was at the villa and any communication afterwards would be done via a social media app (group chat) because I didn’t have a local phone number. Response time was quick in my case and the assigned staff was courteous.
If you expect services like at a hotel/resort then this Ocean Suites might not be for you.

We stayed at The Ocean Suites Da Nang just one night but it was a beautiful resort with amazing and cleaned room. A woman who I am assuming was the manager gave us some sight seeing tips. Everyone was friendly and the place was immaculate. I would recommend this resort and would stay again if I am ever in the area.

Choosing The Ocean Suites was a really good decision. Quiet and clean facility. Friendly staff and housekeeper. If I visit Da Nang again I would choose Ocean Suites again.

Great place for a get together.
What impresses me most about this place is the dedication of the staff and how they would help you with every single query you had to make it a great holiday. We were there as a family and it was a great place for us to spend quality time. The place was peaceful, though abit out of the way it was manageable through the staff’s assistance who helped us on everything from transport, tours, restaurant recommendations. Special shout-out to Lisa for your patience and helpfulness!

We stayed at the Ocean Villa for four nights.
The Villa was excellent and very clean.
The small pool outside was perfect for the kids to play in.
Jenny was superb with her communication and also providing fast on-site support.
We highly recommend staying here.

I liked that we had a private beach and pool. I also liked that there are ride serbices especially because it was very hot, and that the workers are very kind!

Overall it was good. I stayed in E11. Service from the staffs was the best and they were very reactive and supportive. The facility is a little bit old but has everything needed. Towel supply was not enough (1/person a day). Cleaning staffs seem to be focused on cleaning the 1st floor. 1st floor was very clean. Bathtubs on the 2nd floor was, I would say, dirty. Wooden floor on the 2nd floor was not satisfactory because it needs to be cleaned by ourselves right after check-in.
I might expect too much, but these were what I thought about the experience in here.

Our family (7 adults, 2 children) stayed for 5 days and 4 nights and had a truly amazing time. The 4 rooms were very well-appointed and the swimming pool and living quarters were also very stylish and well-appointed. The breakfast service provided a different menu each day based on requests the previous day, and the whole family was satisfied with the elaborate breakfast prepared. The distance from the city center is a bit far, about 20 minutes, but it is located about halfway between My Khe Beach in the north and Hoi An in the south, so it was an appropriate distance for traveling between the two places. Thank you again to this hotel for providing our family with a wonderful trip.

I stayed for 1 night and highly recommend it to anyone who are looking for an apartment to stay while in Da Nang. The unit is incredibly clean and comes fully stocked with all the utilities you need and more. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Day before I was to check in, I was already contacted regarding my room by the super friendly staff Lisa who was incredibly helpful in sharing more about my stay and attending to my questions. Similar experience with staff name Vince who facilitated my check in experience in person. Both continued to be very helpful and responsive during my entire stay. Added to this, a chef was also on hand to prepare delicious breakfast everyday at your convenience. The amenities were also great throughout the resort, with nice views and easy access to the beach. Overall, I loved my stay here and looking forward to staying here again when I'm in Da Nang! 5 out of 5 stars!

If youre looking for a quiet getaway with the family or friends, this is the perfect location foe you. What stood out was the service we received from the staff assigned to our unit of Lisa, Vince and Lily. They contacted us prior to our stay and helped us make all the arrangements for our trip.

The place was very awesome to stay and relax. Very pleasant and convenient for the whole family. The food they serve and prepared for breakfast was very delicous and healthy. The facility and huge pool was increadible well use. And most of all the people and staff was very nice and friendly most specially Ms. Liza Danatrip and Mr. Tony ~ Thank you for helping us for everything we need during our stay in Ocean Suite.

Excellent resort with hospitable and very communicative staff. The resort was very clean. I booked a 1 bedroom suite and it was clean, spacious, comfortable, and fully equipped. Even had a washing machine which was very convenient. The beach area was also clean and while not completely private, it would be quite inconvenient of a walk to access the beach without going through the resort property, making it as good as a private beach.

Although the accommodation is old, it has been managed very well and the staff is kind. However, the location of the accommodation is far from downtown, so transportation costs are unexpectedly high. Everything was good except that.

Best room with all facilities. Very excellent staff. Lisa arrange for the best rental car service where we went all around Da Nang and Hoi An. Nice breakfast, nice chefs. Travellers from India this one is the best hotel.

Property was located conveniently and easy to access other villas. However, false advertisement as it is no where near 6000 sqft... more like 600 square meters. We had 3 properties and each one of them were in different conditions. Was quite upset that we were mislead, but staff was wonderful.

The resort was a great private place for my family and friends to enjoy~
Each villa had a nice private lawn to sit outside and enjoy the weather, the villa swimming pool was pretty small (good for children only) but we enjoyed the large swimming pool and tennis court by the private beach.
I highly recommend the private breakfast which can be enjoyed in the villa, you just have to let two people come inside the villa and they cook food and provide fresh salad & fruits every morning!

This is a great place to travel with kids. It has a private pool. The staff is very friendly and the room is in excellent condition. However, it is a bit far from the city center, but there is a good grab system so there is no inconvenience. It is recommended for families traveling with small children.

I stayed at Ocean Villas many times and Lisa service is the best. I am gratefull for the kindness of manager Lisa and all the staff. Thanks to them, my family were so satisfied. Even though I checked in quite late, they were very considerate, and the chefs came to the accommodation every morning and prepared breakfast for me, which was very comfortable and nice. Highly recommended as a family travel accommodation.^^

The place is luxurious and so wonderful but the best part is the staff - Jenny and Lisa - in seeing to my confort and any help I need.
