Communication with property manager regarding repairs and missing items was handled promptly.

Very nice cabin. Nice and very clean.

The cabin was very nice, clean and ready to go. There were some issues with the inside fireplace not, I was told it was on the listing, but the reservation gal said it worked fine. So we booked the cabin. I called the day of the arrival to clarify and get entry information and was told it worked fine and how to use and access everything. We arrived around 6-7p, it was 28 degrees outside and I could not wait to use the fireplace. Well, it did not work, the cabin was so cold. It took a few to warm up and contact the reservation people to see what was going on. I was told at that point it did not work and that it was on the listing. The reservation gal misunderstood and did not know it was not functioning. This was a bucket list event for me due to personal issues. so I was very upset! We made the best of it and had a very great time ringing in the new year. There were a few things not working, but small things that I made sure to let them know about, just so we were not at fault. Beyond that, everything was smooth, they had plenty of kitchen items that allowed us to make dinners and very cozy beds. I actually mean to ask them what mattress is in the master bedroom. lol

We stayed here for the 4th of July because our dog does not do well with fireworks. The weather was great, the cabin was lovely and clean, and not a single firework bang was heard all night. It was wonderful!

There were a few hiccups during our visit like one of the fire tables not working & dirty dishes left by guest before us, but Kaydee was very responsive in correcting those issues. Anytime I couldn’t find something, she was willing to help me figure it out! Even brought us supplies like dishwasher soap & butane lighters that we needed them. She definitely made the difference in what potentially could have been a disappointing stay. Other than that, we loved the layout, the decks, & the bed we used was comfortable!

Heber is really beautiful, saw lots of local wildlife. This property is actually quite small with exception of master bedroom which is large. Other two guest rooms are tiny. One guest room had full size bed & could barely walk around it to the closet. So small suitcase had to stay on bed, not enough room on the floor to open it.
