Great property thats super close to the beach and easy walk to Publix if needed. Everything was clean and brand new. Fully stocked kitchen with all necessary appliances and utensils. The extra ice machine was also clutch for the selection of coolers provided. Bikes, chairs, and wagon oh my were added bonuses to explore the surrounding beach and neighborhood. Lots of rebuilding around so this oasis provided a quiet and crowd free base for our family to plan our adventures. Fast wifi and cable available for when we wound down in the evenings. Pool was the perfect size and having the outdoor living space was like a private hotel pool. Kids did not want to go back home!

We met our adult sons for a beach get-away. Wonderful house for five adults. Backyard was top notch. The house had everything we needed and more. I had a question for the host and she responded very quickly with an answer. Very comfortable beds and pillows. I would highly recommend this house.

This house is amazing. It had everything you would need and close to the beach.

We stayed here for a week and were very happy with the house. It was very clean and all updated with the latest of things. The decorations were fun too. The plug in the master bathroom didn't work, but other plugs were available to use, so it wasn't a big deal. The kitchen is fully loaded with plates, etc. and cooking tools. Comfortable beds, soft sheets and yes, soft bath towels too! The location is close to Publix and some fun restaurants. Try Mom's Restaurant up the street for breakfast and lunch! We LOVED how close the house is to the beach, only about a four minute walk. AND the property had provided beach chairs, towels, umbrella, buckets, a cooler, and a wagon to haul everything to the beach! The beach here had more unique and easy to find sea shells than Sanibel Island too!!! Go watch the sunset on the beach. You will be in for a real treat! The hosts were great too from the beginning to end. Keep in mind that this little hidden treasure's area is still rebuilding after Hurricane Ian, but we didn't find the rebuilding to be a problem in any way. We also met the next door neighbor, Brian, who is very friendly. We are keeping the information for this hidden treasure in hopes to stay here again one day!!!!

House met all expectations. My family was comfortable throughout our stay. From the bikes and beach gear, to the ice machine and towels details were well accounted for. The extras made the stay easy and allowed us to maximize our vacation. Would stay at this property again in a heartbeat.

This is a well kept, centrally located home within walking distance of a great beach and Publix! Hosts were responsive and friendly. We definitely recommend this property.

Thus was a girls trip. House is in a great location to the beach, only 2 miles from the main FMB which I walkable. The house itself has absolutely everything you from towels, kitchen essentials, bikes, beach chairs and wagon. Couldn’t have asked for anything more except more time. Would definitely stay here again

We love this house! Everything you need and more! Very close walk to beach. Pool, patio, turf back yard were awesome! Very clean and nicely decorated. Grocery store one block away also very convenient!

This is the first time back in the last two years since the hurricane and we were so excited to find this house. Everything is just as perfect as it's described, even though it seems to good to be true when you read the description, see all the things it comes with, and look through al the pictures! We used the bikes several times to ride up to the north end. There is an ice machine and they also provide ice bags which came in extremely handy to head to the beach! We had an absolute amazing time. Even the neighbor was wonderful! The only wo pieces of information I would have wanted to know which understandably is hard with VRBO not giving out the exact address until 3 days ahead of time. This house is just a few streets in off the corner of Estero and Bayland drive but still just a short couple minute walk to the beach and the closest beach access is also incredibly easy located directly across from Bayland drive. It's hard to tell by current google pictures what is accessible and what's not but there is a sidewalk straight out to the beach. Everything that can be open is open while it might look a little different. The same beach vibe is there, bars are open, live music is playing even though there is still a lot of work to be done. Get out stay in this house and visit Fort Myers!

We loved our stay at Toes in the Sand on Ft Myers Beach. The beach house was great for us and the location was perfect. Easy walk to groceries and the beach. No need to get stuck in the island traffic. Had everything we wanted. Would definitely book again and have already recommended it to friends!

The house was exceptional with all the extras, including bikes, beach chairs, corn hole, pool floats, a wagon, beach umbrellas, coolers, ice machine, etc. The location was perfect, with a direct path to the beach. Everything was very clean and the outdoor area was a great place for relaxing in or out of the sun. The pool thermometer read 82 degrees on the first day, which was very impressive considering the cold days leading up to our stay. As the days got warmer, so did the pool. We loved having Publix's within walking distance since that was our go-to for our meals. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Every thing was excellent and only to get better as more businesses reopen

This house was perfect for our week at the beach. Stocked with everything we needed from beach towels to coolers, bikes and more. Right next door to Publix and kitchen stocked with pots, pans, dishes so eating in was a breeze. Two restaurants behind Publix so we could eat out as well. There is construction happening all around which is to be expected with hurricane clean up but it did not bother us one bit. The island is coming alive again and the beach is absolutely gorgeous! I contacted the owners about a few things and they were helpful and quick to respond. It was truly an oasis!

The house was perfect. The beds were very comfortable. The Kitchen was well stocked with everything you need. The backyard area was so nice and great for gathering. We didn't get to use the bikes or the pool due to the weather, but everything was brand new and so nice. Great to have the food store so close also.

We had a great stay over the NYE holiday. It was perfect for our family of 5, including 3 grown children. Everything was as-advertised and we all had enough space to spread out and enjoy the weather and our stay. We normally stay on the beach when we vacation but this was a pleasant surprise as the house was well equipped and furnished with everything we needed and it was a very short walk to the beach. Having Publix so close was a big win also as last-minute items were just a short walk or drive away. Would definitely recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay at Toes in the Sand! The hosts were extremely accommodating - before AND during our visit. The hosts even put up a Christmas tree before we arrived (our kid's first Christmas away from home) which eased my mind and cut down on the 1K things to pack! There were plenty of bikes, beach toys, chairs and towels - PLENTY of beach, shower, hand, and kitchen towels. The entire backyard was lovely - a table to seat 8, lights for evening dining, a gas fireplace, turf area to run around, and the pool was heated AND awesome. We would definitely stay again, great host! Thank you for making our stay wonderful and stress free!

This house offered it all; location, amenities, comfort, relaxation, and quiet. The beach was a short walk away and the wagon made it so easy to take all the beach accessories! Inside the house was decorated beautifully and felt beachy and relaxing. Everything you could need for drinks, dinner, and entertainment was available. I would recommend this place readily. My one big complaint was the laundry expectation for checkout. We were directed to leave only one load when we left, requiring that we wash all towels and at least some bedding. If I had an early flight and expected to sleep on sheets and shower in the morning, it would have been impossible to meet the directive. And, with a 175.00 cleaning fee I balk at having to do the laundry in the first place.

We had a great stay, super clean, decorated so cute. Easy and short walk to beach access, loved the private pool! We would highly recommend this place and the hosts were just a text away!

This property was one of the best I have stayed in. It was clean & had everything we needed in the kitchen! As well, lots of floats for the pool, lots of bikes for adults & kids- this place had everything!

A fabulous house just 2 minutes from the beach. It has everything needed and the pool and bikes were a huge hit with the teens.

The home was just perfect for us to relax and unwind. The proximity to the beach and the availability of the wagon, cooler and other beach items was such a bonus. It was also so nice to get fresh fish and seafood and cook it ourselves on the grill. When it rained we took advantage of the various board games, 'What do you Meme' was our favorite. Lots of laughs. The back yard was a nice private oasis for us to enjoy. I highly recommend staying at toes in the sand and especially during the off season. We practically had the beaches to ourselves! The proximity to Sanibel Island was very convenient as well and was definitely a must if you are visiting FMB.

We stayed for 4days the pool was super clean the whole property was nice and clean never was bothered the guide book they made for people staying was very helpful. Would highly recommend this place and next time we will stay longer.

This was our first visit to FMB. We loved the location. Walked to the beach everyday and road my bike to Publix for daily groceries. With The bikes and beach equipment you have everything you would need for a day at the beach. The house is quiet and comfortable and kitchen is stocked for cooking meals. The cons: The beach cart had a lot of trash in it from previous renters. The trash bins were not accessible - we were asked to put the trash out for pickup but there was a lock on the gate and no way to access it. A storm came through and blew around the pool chairs and decor and filled the pool with debris. We tried to clean the pool but the skimmers were both broken. The property manager didn’t respond right away so we had a dirty pool for a whole day.

Everything was great we loved the place, the house is walking distance to the beach which is good.The house was very clean and very nice they even had toys for the beach and for the kids to play. Looking foward to go back.

This property is wonderful! It is decorated just like a beach house with a full mural in the back, something to see with every turn. The salt water pool and tiki umbrellas were a perfect way to spend our days and nights and it was only a short walk to the beach. They have everything you can think of including a beach wagon to carry chairs and a cooler, also included and much more. The property manager is very nice and easy to communicate with, as well. We will be back!

It has the basic essentials. I do like the location literally a block from the beach. The pool was nice and the neighborhood was quiet.

We absolutely loved everything about this property. Clean, neat, comfortable, perfect size for our family. Especially the pool area and even allowing use of beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. Location was perfect, close by everything on the Island and only steps from the ocean. Property manager was excellent host with awesome communication and assistance. I wish all my VRBO vacations were like this. Much Appreciated!

Toes in the Sand was everything we were looking for! Super close to the beach, far enough away from the busy center of town, but easy to get to. The beach toys, bikes, wagon and cooler were very helpful!! Highly recommend to families.

Our stay was nothing short of awesome. From the house to how close it was to the beach as well as the Publix. Would for sure stay here again.
