There is access to the lower level patio from this floor where you can take advantage of the private hot tub, build your own outdoor fire pit (wood not included), and seating. As you ascend to the top floor, you'll be greeted by a massive open concept kitchen, living room, and dining room. This area is not only perfect for preparing and enjoying meals but also offers access to a porch with stunning views, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor living experience. Two additional bedrooms on this floor provide private and well-appointed spaces. The master bedroom features a king bed with an en suite bathroom. Each home is equipped with high-end bed linens and towels. Kitchens are stocked with a coffee maker, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and small appliances.PARKING: Parking at all properties is strictly enforced. To avoid towing or a ticket adhere to posted signs and parking allocations at all times. WARNING: 4WD or AWD vehicles required in the winter, snow and ice will be on all surfaces including driveways and roads - no refunds for towing or cars that get stuck.
