We enjoyed a wonderful Father's Day weekend on Indian Rocks Beach. The condo is new and has been extremely well kept. Indian Rocks Beach is a perfectly laid back beach town minutes South of the overly busy crowded Clearwater Beach. The water park is a wonderful amenity for families. Within a 5 minute walk there's Slyce Pizza, Crabby Bills Seafood, PJ's Oyster Bar, IRB Sushi, Mexican Restaurant, Ice Cream Shop and "finer dining" AquaPrime (Seafood & Steak). Your walk to the white sand beach is also less than a 5 minute walk. The view from the balcony looks right down the Intracoastal Waterway watching all the boats parading North & South. The Fullam's are very accommodating hosts and have a well laid information plan in their condo. We will indeed be renting again this Summer. -Bill & Stacey Owen - Odessa, Florida

Maria was a wonderful host and the condo was impeccable. I loved to wake up and have my morning coffee on the balcony watching the boats going by. The beach is a 5 minute walk and many places to enter and exit from. Locals are friendly and would highly recommend this place for all!

We just came back from a 4 day vacation and absolutely loved the place. The owners are so helpful and make sure that your stay is fantastic. The place is very clean and has an awesome channel view. The water park and nearby restaurants top it off. Can't wait to stay there again! Greg

Wonderful stay! The condo was beautiful, clean, and confinement!

What a great week! It all started with great communication from Maria about the condo and how to get settled in. Everything went so smoothly when we got there the first day. The condo is so spacious and was perfect for our family of five. I loved the bed set-up in the second bedroom. All three kids were able to have their own bed and weren't cramped at all. The balcony overlooking the causeway is amazing. Needless to say, the water park was big hit. We spent our mornings at the beach mostly and later at the water park. Having so much within walking distance is really great. We did have a rental car, but could have been fine without one. Since we had the car, Orlando was less than 2 hours away and we took the kids up for a day at Universal and it worked out fantastically. We definitely hope to be back in the future!

This stay was amazing! Very clean, comfortable and the location was perfect. The owners were very quick to respond although not needed much because the condo was completely stocked with everything needed. We definitely recommend this location.

This spacious condo was perfect for our family of four, including two teenagers. The kids could have freedom to walk to the beach, water park or a local restaurant without worry. The condo community held free events like wine&cheese and a rooftop yoga class. The unit itself was super clean and fully stocked with everything you need, including beach chairs&umbrella. Plenty of room for the 4 of us. We had breakfast every morning on the balcony overlooking the intercoastal watching boats & birds and even spying a dolphin swimming by one morning. The owners were friendly and helpful, even offering late checkout late because no one was arriving after us. Indian Rocks in quiet and laid back, just what we were looking for. Lots of beach time with afternoons spent by the water park pool and lazy river before haeding back to the beach for sunset. Plenty of restaurants around, but we did stock up at Publix for breakfast and lunch foods at the start of the week. We spent a day in more touristy Madiera Beach just a few miles down the road where we parasailed and shopped. Thanks to the owners for making our stay so easy!

This property was sparkling clean and well appointed. The owners provided detailed messages for checking in, checking out and even had notes around the condo to enhance our stay. It was very much appreciated. I found this property on VRBO as I was planning a trip with my son and a family friend to go to baseball spring training games in the Tampa area. We wanted to stay on the gulf coast despite the drive time to get to stadiums because we wanted to experience the pristine beaches and sunsets. We were not disappointed! IRB is quaint, quiet, friendly and picturesque. Everything was just as described. No hassels, no complaints. Go Yankees! SMM - Nutley NJ

Great place for our family (kids ages 11 -16). Condo is a short walk to the beautiful beach. Many restaurants within walking distance and very family friendly. We saw two dolphins swimming in the canal on our last morning having coffee on the patio.

Our family of 2 adults and 2 kids (12 &9 yo) had a wonderful spring break at Harbourside! Marty and Maria were wonderful to work with. We were able to access the condo early on the day we arrived and have extended check out time. The condo is beautiful and very spacious. Everything we needed was provided. Our kids LOVED the water park! The location was perfect, we never needed our car again. The beach was nice and not crowded like Clearwater. I can't say enough about this condo and location! If you visit IRB you MUST go to Slyce pizza! It was by far our favorite place to eat!

We just returned from a lovely week in Indian Rocks Beach. The condo was clean and met all of our expectations. The location was perfect. Close to lots of great restaurants, the beach, and right beside the waterpark. We loved sitting on the balcony and watching the boats go by, and enjoying the rare dolphin sighting! My family loved our experience here. It really began when we booked with excellent communication from the owners that continued with detailed instructions all the way until check in. The condo was nice and clean and located in a prime location attached to Splash Harbour water park and within easy walking distance to several very good restaurants. You could easily spend a week here without ever getting behind the wheel of a car. We would highly recommend this condo.

Condo was great and our family enjoyed the Indian Rocks Beach area!! Condo was very clean and had everything we needed...including beach towels, beach chairs, beach toys, etc.!! Communication with owners was great too!! Didn’t get the chance to enjoy the water park too much...it was pretty busy plus we had thunderstorms each afternoon we were there, but we had plenty of fun at surrounding beaches and other activities in the area.

We had a wonderful time. So much so that we’re going back this Summer!

We had an absolutely fantastic time in Indian Rocks Beach and we could not be happier with our choice of accommodations. Everything was impeccably clean and so comfortable - Maria and Marty have thought of everything to make your stay worry free. Plenty of space for 2 kids and 2 adults and we loved having a fully stocked kitchen and a washer/ dryer in unit. The short walk to the beach, restaurants and shopping was so convenient. There was also a binder in unit with recommendations for dining and activities during our stay, such a helpful extra. We can't wait to return!

In all my years of travel (including stays at multiple VRBO properties) I’ve never posted a review. After our experience at this gem I was compelled to do so. This condo is the real deal - water park fun onsite, a quick walk to the beach, restaurants nearby, amazing views and the comforts of home when you return from a day out in the sun! Beautifully decorated and spotlessly cleaned, fully stocked kitchen for cooking and so much more. Maria, the owner, was very helpful and made us feel like welcomed guests. We loved it!

Look no further. We can't say enough about this condo! It's exactly as advertised and won't disappoint- well maintained and immaculate. We decided to go there for a few days to relax and that's exactly what we did. Maria made everything so easy (great communication and detailed instructions) and went above and beyond all expectations!! Great location- everything you need is within walking distance- food, beach, and stores. Great food (thanks for all the recommendations-we wish we could have tried them all but the pizza place Slyce was our favorite). The intercostal view from the patio were amazing- loved the ocean breeze and watching all the boats go by and the water park on site that came with 4 daily passes was perfect for all especially the 2 year old! We would highly recommend this unit 4414.

Absolutely stunning! The location was excellent, the local restaurants, the shopping, the beach, the community where we were. The big bonus was the Splash Park next door for our granddaughter. The condominium was new and there was a parking guarage on the first floor of the building. Lots of privacy.

We love the Indian Rocks Beach area because it's a family friendly destination for Spring Break. And the word has gotten out as it's harder to find accommodations during that time. Booking early is key. We've never stayed in the "Harbourside at Marker 33" complex before, so we didn't know what to expect. Well, it was wonderful! The first thing is covered parking in the garage on the first floor. Yes, there are a limited number of spots, but there's more parking close to the building that's convenient. The unit itself is flawless! And we're not being dramatic. The owners have thought of everything when it comes to the comfort of their guests. The décor on the interior looks like it was done by a professional. I later learned that Maria was responsible for most of the décor. We had 4 people and there was plenty of room to move around and relax. Plenty of bowls, plates, cups, glasses, silverware, pots & pans, etc. The washer and dryer came in handy as well. The view of the intercostal waterway off the balcony is very relaxing with nice chairs including a chaise lounge. This unit is two streets over from the beach, but you still have a view of the gulf from the balcony. Beach access is very convenient and just a short walk. This unit comes with beach supplies including chairs and an umbrella. You have to go up to the observation decks on top of the building. The sunset views are absolutely stunning from the decks! The unit includes a key to access those decks. And let's not forget another wonderful benefit, the passes for the waterpark. We knew there was a waterpark next door, but it feels like it's part of this complex. It was pretty windy at the beach one day, so we opted for the water park which was perfect. First thing we did was the water slide! And for those weary, road-traveling adults, there's a nice little outdoor bar close by. We love Lighthouse Coffee which is a very small coffee house, but good stuff! Again, just a short walk past the firehouse. They make fresh donuts, muffins and bagels every morning. Get there early as they will usually start to run out of food items around 9:30 or 10:00am. Carbby Bills is another one of our favorite eating places, with fresh seafood. We recommend the grouper sandwich! About a two/three minute walk. John's Pass is about 15-20 minutes south on Gulf Blvd., also called 699. There's lot's of shopping, restaurants, dolphin watching tours, fishing expeditions and a cool pirate ship for the kids.
