Sleeps 2 adults. Sleeps additional 1-2 people with Luno bed add-on. Luno fits 1 small adult or 1-2 children. Has 4 seatbelts, 2 shoulder belts and 2 lap belts. Easy to use BMPro touchscreen control panel gives you complete control of the van in one convenient location. Manage lighting, generator, heat/AC and more right at your fingertips. Our van has a couch to bed conversion, removable adjustable dinette table, kitchen sink, microwave, drip coffee maker and mugs, refrigerator/freezer, Stanley base camp outdoor/indoor cook set, utensils, a few spices, two-burner stove (NO OVEN), cold a/c, heat, 110V outlets, USB ports, cable tv hookup, fire extinguisher and first aid kit as well as your own personal hot water shower, toilet and sink. CONSIDERATIONS: -Gray tank must be returned empty. Cassette toilet must be returned empty. -Stay off of roof. No climbing/hanging on bike rack. No off-roading as our van is 2WD. Stay on marked, paved or gravel roads only. Roadside assistance will not be able to help you if you are not on an authorized roadway. There is also very sensitive equipment located very close to the ground under and on top our RV. Be mindful of deep potholes, speed bumps, overhangs, etc. No drive-thrus, 12 ft. height clearance. No towing. -NO #2 IN CASSETTE TOILET. -If delivery is not selected, renter is responsible for their personal vehicle during their trip. We cannot be liable or responsible for renter's personal vehicles to be stored at our home. -Renters will undergo a brief (15 min.-?) orientation that will explain how to operate the RV and all of the equipment. Orientation is mandatory as we can only be available on a limited basis for operational assistance during rental period. -DELIVERY is available and pricing can be discussed and negotiated based on delivery location. Delivery must be approved before booking .The price includes us delivering the RV, returning home and making another trip to pickup the RV at the end of the rental period. -Gas tank must be returned full of gas or $125 refueling fee will be taken out of deposit. -Pickup: 4pm-7pm. Return: Before 11 am. We can be somewhat flexible with drop off and pickup if discussed and approved prior to booking being accepted. We may be able to allow early pickup/late drop-off; however, must be approved in advance. Returning the RV early will not result in a refund. If you are late dropping off, $50/hr late fee will be charged if no advance notice given. -Please dispose of all trash and empty refrigerator before returning van. -A small well-behaved dog (40 lbs. limit) is welcome during your stay. There will be a $50 fee and if any damages caused by pet will be taken from the security deposit. Excessive pet hair removal will incur additional fee. -No smoking or vaping in the RV. -Gas, propane and white (potable) water tanks will be full at possession of every rental. Gray tank and cassette toilet will be empty and clean/treated at possession of every rental. It is our goal that the RV be returned to us in the same condition that it was received; otherwise, additional fees will apply unless prepayment convenience package is added on. -Please have fun and most importantly, be safe!
