We thought we have booked hotel for two days but charged for three days

Location is good. Facilities, staff behaviour & parking space availability are great.

Cleanliness needs to be improved a lot. Small insects found near the study table, Menus. Window areas were dirty behind the curtains.

The hotel is excellent. Very clean and maintained. They have a good breakfast spread. The staff is very courteous and helpful. Great place to stay. Also the area around is full of shops.

Wifi on one floor was not working.

Great location, good room size, clean and comfortable bed. Fit for purpose

Slightly dark room, could do with more light. WiFi gernally good but dropped out at times.

The We stayed for three nights in BW .We have travelled a lot and always stayed in five star hotels . But It was a great experience of three star hotel this time . The rooms were clean and comfortable . The hotel staff go above and beyond to make us comfortable. I give five stars overall. It was great value for the amount we paid. Thank you BW . .

Location was good but inside a by-lane.

Even after upgrading i had a room without view quite small and dingy . The break fast was so so and not upto my expectations. The brand name was only the selling point without any convinences. There were free supply of mosquitoes too. Needs to be transparent in the advt of the property

There are street food shops outside the hotel. The bathroom was clean. Not much to describe other than this, there wasn't anything positive here.

Appliance, such as an electric kettle wasn't provided, it was available in the other rooms though. The room opened to the view of the service elevator and shoddy lobby where the lobby was used as dump yard storage space. The staff was rude and unfriendly. The charges for breakfast were exorbitant for a really small selection of buffets.
