The place was very clean and close to the heart of the town

This was not worth what it was paid. I wouldn’t call it luxury. No parking was frustrating when there are spaces behind the townhomes. No bathrooms on main floor. We couldn’t turn on the a/c on the 2nd and third floor and it got pretty hot well over 75 degrees and there was nothing we could do. The door was complicated to unlock. Could not understand how to use the appliances.

This is an amazing place to stay in Ballard. Gourmet kitchen with anything you would need for cooking if you chose to stay in. But the location is great for walking to the many fantastic restaurants in Ballard. The bedding is super soft and comfy, The bathroom posh with a lovely marble and a huge walk-in rain shower. I enjoyed sunning and relaxing on the roof top deck. Beautiful views up there.

It takes 3 flights of stairs to get to the master bedroom which wasn’t a problem for me and I didn’t mind them. Parking is only available on a very crowded street but I didn’t have a car this time so I enjoyed walking everywhere.

The Ballard location was walkable to places I wanted to go, the townhouse was clean and fresh-smelling when I opened the door. The rooftop deck was a great place to hang out and the Jura coffee maker was awesome once I found the manual and learned how to use it. Furshinings were comfortable.

The number of stairs was challenging at times. There was no ground-floor bathroom for guests. Directions for how to use some of the appliances and devices would have been nice. I would have liked to have unbreakable dishes for use on the rooftop. There is no designated parking spot. We found a spot on the street and tried not to drive.

The door code provided worked great. I liked the flexibility of arriving at any time without worrying about meeting someone at a specific time to pick up the key.

The address wasn't clear. There were 4 to 5 units at the address, each labeled with A - F. The specific unit that was being rented wasn't specifically stated on the instructions.

The townhome was exactly as described. Very clean and comfortable.

Nothing. I did not have a car, but if I did, the street parking would have been awful.

Modern, clean, comfortable, and well-equipped home in a great neighborhood.

Beautiful, clean, modern, light and airy. Absolutely everything needed, thoughtfully located so I could find it. What a treat! Amazing coffeemaker!!

I have a peeve for mini ironing boards….but I’m over it. :-)
