Such a fabulous stay, the rooms are the best, the staff are attentive, the food is excellent & the cocktails are outstanding This is one of our favourite places to stay.

I booked this for me an my partner for his birthday. I needed up getting threatened an attack at our room, they said they was security which they wasent. This isn't the first time this has happened here either. Felt totally unsafe and id never go back.

The toilet in the room was really smelly, the room was extremely noisy. Didn’t sleep for the two nights

This is a fantastic hotel with wonderful staff and the room was incredible. If you want to stay somewhere really special and unique this is the place.

I only have a certain budget for my business trips and this time the Crazy bear fitted my budget perfectly. Sadly I only used the room for a good nights sleep as I was over on business. However the room was quiet, the bed was very comfy and the linen was exceptional.

Friendly staff and lovely rooms

The hotel rooms although opulent are not easy to apply make up and generally see in the dim lighting. I was kept awake because next door had left their tv on all night. The 7course tasting meal was ridiculously drawn out , we had to ask for the next course several times and the price of the meal although reduced because we had purchased in advance was then l subject to massive service charge , which we paid even though service was so drawn out !! Not value for money at all…

What a beautiful and unique place. Staff were amazing, polite, attentive. The cocktails were delicious and sipping them by the pool was a nice treat. My only grumble was that there were crumbs in the bed. Under the covers. Also the shower pressure was poor and the temperature very tepid at best. However I would definitely come back in the hope of these improvements

Hotel was good only thing I could say is the taps on the end of the bed leaked so made the bottom off the bed absolutely soaked and also the room smelt really damp but other than that the staff was great and the hotel was good

Amazing stay at the crazy bear Beaconsfield. Had dinner....food was superb. Had steak and it was the best i have ever had. Everything about the crazy bear is cool....the toilets in the hotel are fabulous! Stayed in a bourgee room with copper bath that filled from the ceiling. Bathroom was black and gold marble with copper sink....couldn't fault the place....will definitely be back!

Second stay at this hotel. Great location and very reasonably priced. Free parking a bonus. Very much a couples hotel but fine for solo travellers too. Restaurant a little pricy with modest portions but quality high and service excellent.

Ive wanted to stay here for so long and after reading some reviews was a lil concerned but i can now generally say i absoloutley do not understand the negagive feedback. This crazy bear exceeded my expectations.. its quirky, its fun, its clean and looked after. EVERY staff member we encounted werw friendly and welcoming. The pool area is gorgeous and we were lucky to have a nice enough day to be in and out of the pool. Yes drink prices are nkt the cheapeat but not unexpected for a well to do area in LONDON. Yes the rooms are dark but as per photos and again as expected. We loved our room and the full property. Fuj for a night away somehwherw different and somewhere quirky! And OMG the bath with the roof water!!! Pay for the upgrade people!!! We will be back. Thank you to all of tge crazybear crew 🐻❤️

This is certainly unique and completely different from any other hotel stay. Staff were polite and professional yet friendly. The town itself is beautiful with excellent restaurants, spoilt for choice for food. We absolutely loved our stay and will be back again soon. The only negative side were the so called “influencers” and their self presumed importance and “fame” but this was a minor thing out of the hotels control.

For the price you are spending on the room i would expect tea and coffee in room. Tv was not tuned in correctly so you didn’t know what channel was what.

Stayed in Boujee 29 and really had the WOW factor when you walk in. The room was spacious and beautiful decor including the copper bath and bathroom which we loved. Had a meal in the restaurant and bar snacks and the food was wonderful. The outside area including the swimming pool was really nice, it was as if we were in Marrakech! Really nice area in Beaconsfield with options of various pubs and restaurants nearby. Only minors and this is picky, I’d say was the living area was a bit dark and found a couple of bits in the sofa diamantés, and the loo roll holder was broken. Friendly staff and nothing was ever too much trouble. Overall, excellent stay and would highly recommend.

At first glance the hotel looks like it’s pictures , too many things wrong for £300+ per night in the supposed best room category broken window blinds where people parking car can see directly into your room. Bashed and dented floor lamps Broken shower auxiliary arm. The room was nice other than that but replace the broken or faulty items. Bed was comfortable but lights were also hard to figure out. Fancy light switches literally took us 15/20 minutes to get all Lights to go out at night. Lights very dim when on and hard to see or read anything in room. Extremely slow service in the bar 10 minutes sitting before we ordered a drink 10 minutes to receive drinks after.

Underwhelming. Trying too hard. Cramped room with nowhere to put luggage (ended up using the bath to hold bags). No bathroom door. Style over substance.

Absolutely stunning stay . Amazing place and room but the levels of service are exceptional. Brilliant all round effort from everyone here on our second stay . Will sing this place from the rooftops

Toilet was smelly, room was so noisy all night. I ordered 2 coffees in the morning which never arrived.

We had an amazing experience at the crazy bear. The best hotel me and my partner have stayed in by far. Could not fault the staff who made our stay so special. The room was immaculate and the location of the hotel was perfect for what we wanted. Thank you to the crazy bear!

I loved this place. Opulent and sumptuous just like the service. Beaconsfield is a cute town with lots of independent shops so a great choice for a break and the pool makes this place stand apart from everywhere else!
