L’emplacement sur le quai de la gare

Das Frühstück war gut, aber ausbaufähig. Die einzige Kaffeemaschine war zu langsam und der Kaffee eher bitter. Das Frühstücksangebot war nicht jeden Tag gleich - mal gab es mehr und mal weniger. Sehr zentrale Lage direkt am Bahnhof, aber im Zimmer trotzdem ruhig.

Zimmer eher spartanisch eingerichtet. Merkwürdige Kabelverlegung unter dem Schreibtisch. Rückenlehne vom Bett hat Lichtschalter und Steckdose teilweise verdeckt. Zu wenig Ablagemöglichkeiten im Bad.

Das Hotel ist direkt am Bahnhof von Montreux gelegen, aber auch die Innenstadt und der die Seeuferpromendade des Lac Leman sind nicht weit. Man kann sogar vom Bahnsteigende aus direkt ins Hotel gehen! Klar ist, dass man den Eisenbahnverkehr mitbekommt, aber die Fenster sind eigentlich gut isoliert.

Good location, very close to city center.Clean, parking lot available, but costs like everywhere. The property looks new and has nice design. Great view from 5th floor to the lake!

Our room was on 5th floor with a great view to the lake, but from other side, just beside the door , it faces railway station.Some times trains passing through without stopping. Imagine the noise…No power sockets in the bathroom. Breakfast has o lot of options but really need to improve freshness of salads, keep eggs warm and bring bread when it’s finished.

le vis a vis du balcon ,le ménage médiocre a l arrivée et pas fait le le demain ,le linge de toillette pas changé ,pas de poubelle dans la salle de bain un peut étroite ,les volet occultant pas complètement efficace ,la télé qui ne fonctionnait pas ,pas de room service ,isolation médiocre par rapport a l emplacement (gare juste derrière )

Cool decor, modern, great staff, comfortable bed, clean. We also loved that the hotel was two-minute walk to the train station.

Our room had a few odd inconvenient details like no outlet in the bathroom for hairdrying, and no outlet on one side of the double bed for overnight phone charging. Also it was nice that a small espresso machine and coffee pods were provided, but the quality of the coffee was not good.

Location right on the train platform . Staff very welcoming when we arrived early offering us a coffee and fruit. We got a treat of a bar of chocolate in our room.?

They said they were near the train station when I emailed but it would have been great if they gave us specific directions. We walked out of station and maps sent us a longer way.

The decor. The picture hung in the room is not tasteful and a bit scary. Noise from the train way too loud.

Steps from train station. Amazing, clean rooms . Freddie Mercury theme was seen throughout with pictures , towels, dinnerware. Balcony with views of mountains. Wonderful breakfast. STAY HERE when in Montreux!!!

L’accueil et la chambre très belle

L'accueil fut vraiment super, la réceptionniste ne parlant pas français, ses collègues l'ont aidé, mais elle est vraiment géniale, agréable, une vraie perle, une étoile de plus qui illumine cet hôtel, j'ai été charmé ;), et toutes les petites attentions, à l'arrivée et dans la chambre sont vraiment top, le chocolat, l'eau, etc..., je ne suis pas habitué, et j'ai été enchanté !!!

Le ménage n'était pas au top, surtout les vitres, la bonde de douche, ou encore le WC, et il aurait également été apprécié un petit coup d'aspi plus approfondie dans les coins, comme dans le canapé par exemple, mais le lit, tout comme les serviettes, la vaisselle, la cafetière ou encore la théière à disposition, étaient impeccables !!!

Kleinigkeiten/Tipps: in der Dusche hatte es kein Duschmittel nachgefüllt (kann ja mal passieren......), für Zahnbürsten sollte es einen Aufbewahrungsbecher haben

Everything perfect. Polite staff, delicious breakfast (especially grilled sausages and baked tomatoes), large room with separated bathroom and toilet, comfortable beds and chairs, sparkling design of a brand-new hotel. Direct view of the railway station and access to the first platform, but not much bothering noise. One of the best accomodation experiences I ever made.

Location, modern rooms, big bathroom. Staff were great and very helpful.

Room was small not helped by the bed up against the window. It was warm while we were there however the air conditioning isn’t allowed just now which made sleeping difficult as we couldn’t open the window properly. Room safes did not work and had to be reset by staff and they are not bolted to any surface.

Great location next to the train station (directly from platform 1). Trains are audible but at a very low volume. Very friendly staff. Breakfast better than on the photos, with fresh eggs and a fine variety of sweet and salty foods. In the upper floor, you have a wonderful view over Lac Léman.

A lamp on the balcony would be great.

מלון מדהים!!במיוחד לאוהביי פרדי אבל לא רק. מלון נ קי ברמות, הכל נראה חדש , קיבלנו שוקולדים ומים בחדר - בדיוק מה שהיינו צריכים. צוות מתוק ועוזר . חדרים מאוד גדולים עם מרפסת מושלמת ונוף עוצר נשימה! ארוחת בוקר מעולה,מבחר גדול והכל טרי וטעים.מומלץ מאוד מאוד מאוד!!! נמצא ממש במרכז,כמה דקות הליכה מהאגם .נמצא קרוב לתחנת רכבת, אנחנו לא היינו צריכים אבל מי שזה שיקול מבחינתו.

Everything is brand new, clean and comfortable. The quadruple room was super spacious, something you don’t often get in hotels. The staff was super helpful and polite as well.

My only suggestion would be more sofas/nice furniture in the lobby where the reception is as it currently looks more like a restaurant. But that’s just a suggestion, we generally liked everything !

Le professionalisme et la gentillesse avec laquelle nous avons été reçus à la réception, avec un remerciement spécial à Mrs Justyna Gresslin. L'emplacement de l'hôtel est idéal. Veuillez svp. indiquer que l'hôtel est accessible depuis la gare par le quai 1 à 200m direction Villeneuve !! Il n'est pas nécessaire de descendre avec les bagages dans Montreux. (hôtel difficile à trouver par la ville, manque de signalisation !)

Aucun reproche, mais des améliorations à faire. Cet hôtel ayant été ouvert récemment (semble-t-il), il faudrait : 1.- Un accès direct sur le "site WEB de l'hôtel" avec quelques photos. Evtl. permettre aux clients d'y en ajouter aussi. 2.- L'ouverture d'un bar, ne serait-ce que quelques heures en soirée pour la clientèle. 3.- Installation de panneaux en ville de Montreux (rue, nom de l'hôtel). Hôtel difficile à trouver si vous arrivez depuis sous la gare! 5.- Dans l'entrée de l'hôtel une meilleure signalisation de la réception, bar, déjeuner etc. ( par ex. sur la vitre coulissante )

Das Frühstück war sehr gut und sehr freundliche Bedienung. Kurzer weg zur Bahn und ins Zentrum. Hat uns sehr gefallen

It's very comfortable, clean, and the view is amazing. Breakfast is also excellent with various kind of choices. I would defenetely recommend the Freddie Mercury hotel if our family or friends are visiting Montreux

Only staying one night. We wish we can stay longer for the next visit.
