Tamanho das camas

Falta de espaço, falta de limpeza, falta de apoio do dono. Reservei e paguei dois quartos, para 5 pessoas e quando cheguei ao alojamento, já quase noite pois viajávamos de Lisboa, só disponibilizaram um quarto, pois o outro quarto estava usado, sem limpeza e sem chave. O dono não quis resolver o problema, deixou de atender as nossas chamas pelo whatsapp. Só atendeu quando do Booking ligaram diretamente para ele, mas não resolveu o problema. Algumas pessoas do nosso grupo tiveram de ir embora por falta de quarto para dormir. Nem sequer restituiu o preço pago. Uma FRAUDE. (Adiciono fotos do estado de um dos nossos quartos quando chegámos ao alojamento).

Estem contents, però volem fer algunes propostes de millora. Res important però falten petits detalls a l’habitació: Tauleta de nit, alguna cadira, algunes barres per penjar roba als armaris i penjadors. La cuina i el menjador estan perfectes però són compartits amb els altres hostes… cap problema però crec que no estava especificat a la informació de l’apartament. Per ser una estada de 5 dies, ens hagués agradat un canvi de tovalloles. No vam veure al propietari però nosaltres no vam tenir cap problema i ens vam comunicar per l’app de booking en tot moment.

Logement propre et assez confortable. Pour 1 ou 2 nuits c'est très bien.

Je ne vois pas l'intérêt d'avoir un interphone dans la chambre, quelqu'un dehors a sonné à 1h du matin... Dommage qu'il n'y ait même pas un verre dans la chambre ou porte savon.

Misleiding in advertentie. Ook inchecken ging niet goed. Er is geen personeel aanwezig sleutelkluis codes kloppen niet. Wij hebben er twee uur over gedaan om de codes te achterhalen. Ook moet je 45 euro betalen voor schoonmaakkosten. Het is een scam.

The location was strategic and the accomodation is comfortable

The kettle is quite dirty with the limestone and its preferable if the property could have provided tea and coffee for all the travellers who stays.

The room was very clean and new as was the kitchen. It was possible to cook own dinner, which was very comfortable. Place is in the nice location, when visiting UE buildings. Moreover, it was nice and warm inside the room.

It was a bit confusing at first how to enter as the e-mail with the code to the doors did not arrive until very late. The furnishing of the room was also very weird - a lot of beds but no table or chair.

Todo renovado, alojamiento amplio, cerca del transporte publico

No limpiaron ni cambiaron las sabanas, por no tener otro lugar nos quedamos, por mensaje nos pidieron las disculpas y nos indicaron donde sacar ropa de cama limpia y cosas de aseo. La cocina tenia una bolsa de basura y afuera varias. Al otro dia almenos limpiaron eso. Cafetera llena de capsulas, nadia la limpiaba, lavavajillas lleno mitad sucia mitad limpia, cuando lavaban nadie las guardaba. Y lo que mas me preocupo que lei en los comentarios, y justo cuando estaba sucedio nuevamente fue que llegaron dos personas las cuales reservaron y no les llegó el codigo de acceso ni el codigo para las llaves de su habitación. No lograron contactarse con la administración.

I didn't mind the location.

This seems like false advertisement, to start with, when I used booking I searched for a full apartment and was taken to this one that apparently would be a full apartment, meeting my needs and expectations, considering it was advertised as having a TV and a coffee machine. In this case, I traveled for work and needed a place to sleep and do some work. I got a bedroom in a building where the stairs are narrow, with nothing in the room but the bed, a toilet, shower, a washing basin and towels that also were not that clean (I found long hairs in the towels and at least one had burnt marks). No TV or coffee machine. The bed had an old mattress that would warrant replacement. Near the bed, there was only 1 power outlet, no nightstand or where to place the clothes that I had brought with me. For such an empty place, there could at least be a coat rack to place jackets instead of them having to be placed on the door handles. There was heating in the bedroom that apparently would be off in the morning when I went to take a shower. As for the kitchen, I was expecting there to be a kitchen in the apartment, then again, I was expecting this to be an apartment, not a room. The room itself could have had better cleaning, As for the kitchen itself, there was a kitchen indeed, a communal kitchen, which also meant that my room ended up smelling of food while people were preparing meals there and would not allow for much to be done as you'd have to be depending on when it would be free. Please see the photo. I've used Booking before for similar effects, having rent, within the same price range, that offered the same things but those same things indeed were for this rental - that was indeed there - but added customer or visitor care was held considering that complementary shower gel was even offered. Unfortunately, the place that I stayed last time was too far out of what I needed it to be. This gave me the vibes of being a halfway house. Not recommended.

Una burla total, la peor experiencia que he pasado. Nos han dejado por fuera varias horas, intentamos comunicarnos de varias formas y diferentes numero y nos bloqueaba o simplemente no respondía. Cuando pudimos ingresar porque otra huésped nos abrió el dueño dijo que porque nos dejaban entrar. Más de unas tres horas esperando un código que jamas fue enviado, tengo muchas fotos y ademas la habitación tenia toallas sucias, no había shampoo, ni gel de ducha. El dueño es la persona más desagradable que he podido encontrarme, me llevo la peor experiencia. Lo más increíble es que me encontré con varios huésped quejándose de las mismas cosas...... A total mockery, the worst experience I have ever had.
