Arranged early check in for 1pm. Contacted by host as we arrived to state that cleaner had let them down. As we only needed to drop bags this was not a great issue but see my other comments. Host was very apologetic and left some beers for us. Flat well equipped and beds comfy. Ideal base for one night after the rugby at Twickenham. Facilities nearby shops and places to get something to eat.

On arrival given wrong code for key box. Had to contact host to check and then given correct code. We entered the flat to find it in a bad state of cleanliness with foodstuff left out, no toilet paper and in general disarray. Luckily we were going straight out so host agreed to get everything sorted for our return, which they did around 7pm for our return at 9pm that evening. The heating was not working on our return. Contacted host and confirmed it was all switched on etc. Appeared to be a fault with system as had plenty of hot water but radiators would not heat up. Flat got down to 10 degrees overnight so chilly in the morning. TV only had internet services (no apparent arial) so had to log into all accounts to see any TV. Would benefit from basic Freeview and perhaps sorting out some accounts for BBC/ITV/C4 etc. Was above a late off licence/shop which closed at 11 and we had a very bright street light directly outside bedroom window, so not for those that go to bed early.
