My husband and I had a wonderful stay at the Bob White Cottage. Sitting out on the back porch watching all of the precious animals was so relaxing. The farm fresh eggs and honey were delicious. Plus, the location was very convenient to all of the places that we visited while we were there.

It was very enjoyable. We had a peacock walking in the backyard.

This cottage was incredibly cozy and comfy, picture perfect and the best part it was like a hidden little gem. A little slice of of heaven tucked away in the middle of the city right down the road from everything you ever need, mixed with a touch of quiet beautiful country living

Beautiful property right in the middle of everything. We found it fairly easily and enjoyed our short stay. We will be booking again the next time we are in town!

This is such a sweet place for a small group. It’s very quiet and peaceful, with a lot of outdoor space. I rented the unit for my parents, and they LOVED it! The owners are wonderful. They’ve thought of everything to make your stay perfect, including fresh eggs and honey!

We were floored by the beauty of this property! The cottage was picturesque, updated, and comfortable. Little touches make the stay remarkable, like eggs on the counter from their chickens and honey from their honey bees. The land and animals are well taken care of. The love is apparent! I can’t wait to come back for some more rest, relaxation, and to enjoy the natural beauty.

We really enjoyed our stay at the farmhouse. It was very peaceful and relaxing. The owners were very kind and helpful. We enjoyed the visits from the peacock. The house was very clean and cozy. Definitely one of our favorite places to stay!

Honestly the best place I have stayed at. This place is a beautiful ranch/cabin style home with an abundance of greenery and natural. If you are wanting a getaway from the hustle and bustle of the city this home is perfect! The hosts are the sweetest people with a genuine heart for animals. If you are looking for a place to quiet your mind this is the place for you!

I was in town for a quick visit and had the pleasure of staying at this property. The grounds are beautiful and the interior of the house was lovely, comfortable, and clean. We had everything we needed available! The hosts were a pleasure to communicate with.

This place is so wonderful. It was a perfect little retreat after long days at work- and super peaceful mornings. They had everything stocked (including eggs and honey from the farm) and all the details really helped my stress on my trip. The place was super clean, beds comfy, shower and kitchen spotless. I wouldn’t change a thing. I will always try to stay here again when I’m in town!

This was the perfect place for trip! Great location to all the things we needed for the week (airport, LEGOLAND, great wolf lodge water park, grapevine mills). It felt like we were staying in the country but right in the middle of the city. The fresh eggs and honey was a special treat and even my son got to pick some of the eggs. The cottage was super cute and clean. The property was beautiful and it was fun to see the animals. Would definitely stay again!

Rented this super cute, clean little cottage for the weekend. Came down for a concert, an easy drive to AT&T stadium-about 35 minutes. So close to everything, but you feel like you are out in the country! Fresh eggs provided were such a treat! I can’t wait for another reason for my daughter and I to plan a trip to the Dallas area so that we can stay here again!!

This was a perfect little place to stay when in Dallas, it's located on a beautiful family farm which was so quiet and peaceful. The owner also offers a tour of the barn if you ask but sadly, we did not have time to do that although we really wanted to. As soon as you get there, there's a horse who is friendly as well as farm dogs who love some attention. The house was also modern with nice decorations and had all of the essentials. The property manager was also very accommodating, I had to book this place literally an hour before I needed to be there due to some unforeseen circumstances and he was able to have it ready by the time I arrived. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be staying here again in the future. It's also located near everything you'd like to be near such as local shops, restaurants, and even a mall. You're also only 30mins from Downtown Dallas if you're interested in seeing the night life.

My family and I had a great time, we walked around the yard stretching our legs out from our 7 hour drive without worrying about people watching us it was very private area. The house is very cute decorations and on the kitchen counter there were fresh honey & eggs from the house property owner that we were welcome to use, it was very good honey. Don’t like to the city but I will stay there again

We loved our stay at this property as our children really enjoyed the space to play, see the animals such as the sheep dogs, horses, goats and chickens. They loved exploring around the property in the wooded area. It is very close and convenient to restaurants, grocery stores and coffee spots. Relaxing stay with all the amenities we needed at the house - would definitely recommend to anyone that is looking for this type of a vibe that we experienced.

We stayed at John and Tamera’s place with my daughter and son in law and had the best experience imaginable. The newly remodeled cottage is located just 10 minutes from the lake, and we mountain biked there because it was so close. There is plenty of space between the three houses on the property that isn’t mentioned in the listing, so you get to sit and watch the sunset in total serenity. The place also comes with fresh eggs and honey, to make the ultimate HONEY-BACON B.L.T. We loved the small details like free drinks in the fridge on arrival and a hand-written welcome note. The WiFi is strong and the tv comes complete with Netflix ect. The single bedroom has a Queen size bed with ultra clean linens. The newly remodeled bathroom is very clean and has plenty of privacy. We especially loved the back porch for our morning cup of tea. The cottage is located on a private drive, but it’s possible to walk to the center of town with shops and restaurants in less than 15 minutes. You will not regret your stay at this one of a kind VRBO. The only downside was leaving.

We came to the area for a Cheer Competition and needed a place to stay and the house was gorgeous. It looked brand new! We cooked the fresh eggs for breakfast. Thank you for the comfortable stay. Host was amazing. We will definitely be back!

This was the cutest, most welcoming space! They thought of everything, from the cozy workspace to the motion detector nightlight, which is so nice in an unfamiliar space. The added touches of fresh eggs and local honey clearly make it the only place I'll ever stay in Metroplex.
