Loved the house, we really enjoyed that it had a pool. Super clean, spacious and modern. Definitely will be back! Also, great location

My family and I traveled to Cortez for a long weekend getaway. The house was as described. It was clean, beautifully decorated and close to the beaches. Not close enough to walk but just a ride over the bridge. The beach chairs, cart and noodles were greatly appreciated. They also had coolers and a game of cornhole available. We enjoyed our stay at the house and our visit to Cortez.

Overall, the property was very clean in a great location. We loved all the beach chairs, toys, and wagon that we were able to use. The kitchen was fully stocked with anything you could possibly need. My problem is that when we arrived the door knob to the top floor elevator was broken off. I contacted property management nearly immediately and I was told someone would come fix it and no one did. That night I went to charge my Tesla with the built in Tesla charger and it didn’t work. Again I contacted property management and someone came out the next night. That person couldn’t fix it so someone came out the next day. My husband drove our Tesla to other properties in the development and none of the chargers worked. Apparently this development is throwing up all these houses and never actually tried them out until we showed up. A main reason we booked this property was for the Tesla charger because they are not easily available in Bradenton and it didn’t work. No one ever reached out to try and make it right or apologize. I feel like if you are advertising specific amenities make sure they work and have the ability to fix them if they are broken.

The house was absolutely gorgeous, inside and out. Looks just as nice in person as it did in the pictures. ( possibly even NICER! ) it had everything you could possibly need, from kitchen accessories , to pool and beach toys and floaties. My family had an absolute blast playing in the private pool. (Which was also very clean!) Overall, i was super impressed, and would HIGHLY recommend staying here, and definitely plan on coming back again! ❤️

The family-friendly vibe extended beyond the pool, with gorgeous interior design and thoughtful amenities that met our every need. A convenient EV charger in the garage made our eco-conscious hearts happy, ensuring our adventures in the rented Tesla were always charged up. Just a short drive away from the beach on Anna Maria Island, we had the best of both worlds – tranquil seaside moments and in town adventures and dining. This home truly ticked all the boxes for a perfect family getaway, we can't wait to come back!
