This condo has everything! It is beautiful, has a spectacular view and every amenity that you could need for your stay. All you need is your clothes and nothing else. Towels, chairs, noodles, every appliance, literally everything has been thought of! I will be back! Absolutely loved the property and the owners were very quick to respond to questions I had prior to arrival. Walking distance to all the local spots in town and a spot in the garage for a vehicle. I could go on and on! We loved our vacation and will be back!

we arrived with Michelle greeting us at Ferry. The property and unit were in excellent condition with all the conveniences one could ask for plus. The location is central to Cruz Bay making it super easy to walk everywhere. Love this home away from home!!

There is so much good that can be said about this place. To start, Leslie and Peter were great since I first booked the place. Leslie called me once I arrived in St John to help figure out the check in process. The place was clean and in such a perfect location. It is within walking distance of all the restaurants/bars that are in downtown Cruz Bay. This was so convenient for us to be able to walk downtown whenever we wanted too. The pictures do not do justice for how amazing the views are from the balcony. We found ourselves waking up early to catch sunrise and then watching the sunset before heading out for the night. After being out in Cruz Bay, we would spend the remainder of the night on the balcony just taking in the views. The condo had everything we needed to be able to cook and it was great to have laundry in the unit. This allowed us to do some laundry throughout the week. There were beach chairs, coolers and towels that we used for the beach daily. Lastly, we rented a Jeep so it was nice to have a parking spot at the condo. For the most part, we would explore during the day then park the Jeep at night and head downtown. I would highly recommend this place and if we are able to get back to St John, I would not want to stay anywhere else!

The place was clean, location perfect & view was spectacular. Leslie & Peter couldn’t have been more helpful & all of their suggestions on dining & sightseeing were spot on. I don’t go to many places saying I’ll definitely be back but we will definitely be back here! You won’t be disappointed! I miss it already!

Very nice condo. It has been recently updated. Very comfortable and well equipped. Next to town so an easy walk to bars and restaurants. There is also a grocery store within walking distance. Check in was easy. The person that met us at the ferry dock was very nice. We had one issue with the plumbing in the kitchen but the resort maintenance quickly resolved it. I would recommend trip,isurance. The cancellation policy is no refunds within 60 days of arrival.

Such an amazing stay. Jost was amazing and helpful. Location was perfect and the view was awesome. Having a parking spot for our jeep rental worked out very well. We will definitely be back soon.

I cannot say enough about this property and the owners. If you’re looking for convenience this is the place. Location is excellent as the view right over Cruz Bay is gorgeous, and literally right outside you are walking distance to the taxis which take you to the many beaches ( personally we didn’t need a rental car). Also walking distance to many restaurants. The month of September many restaurants close down but you still have a variety. However, the grocery store is a 5 minute walk away, and thank goodness for that. Tropical Storm Fiona (which developed into a hurricane after it passed over St, John) forced everything to shut down for 2 days, so stocking up on food was easy. The condo unit was well appropriated with everything you need to cook. And I must note that with Fiona we were worried we would lose power..,they have a generator so all was good! While a vacation unit’s comforts, cleanliness, and location are all important, equally important are the owners. Leslie’s concern for us during Fiona was quite impressive and she actually called us from Europe (we never heard from the local management company regarding Fiona). And it was apparent that her concern was not about her property, but rather that we would still enjoy our vacation. We did Leslie! We look forward to another trip to St John and would stay here again without question!

Perfect location in Crus Bay. The view from balcony is as spectacular. This one bedroom was spacious & had everything we needed. I will hopefully use again soon!!

First time to St John. Location of this condo was perfect. The condo was beautiful. Clean and well stocked with everything one might need!

We have been staying at Grande Bay for years in various condos. This was far the BEST! Beautifully updated, great corner unit, comfortable furniture. It felt like home! Thank you so much Leslie and Peter!

Property was AMAZING! What you see in the pictures is what you get. Gorgeous recently renovated 3rd floor end unit. Sunsets were beautiful. You could also see the sun rise over the mountain behind us. Walking distance to Cruz Bay, local restaurants and shops. We rented a jeep and a parking space was provided. Definitely a plus as parking is limited and very expensive. Beach chairs, towels, coolers and even a couple noodles were provided. We only needed to rent snorkel gear and we were all set. The unit had everything we needed. It also had both a Keurig and a regular coffee machine. I would definitely recommend this place!

My husband and I stayed in this condo for a week in early April. The pictures don’t do it justice. The view from the deck was fantastic. The proximity to all the restaurants and bars in Cruz Bay was perfect for us. We did rent a car because we wanted to travel throughout the island and there is covered parking underneath the building, which is very convenient. The bed was comfortable and the shower was outstanding! The whole place has recently been remodeled. We would definitely stay there again.

Would highly recommend this property. Close walk to restaurants, shops and taxis in Cruz Bay.

We love renting from Leslie! She is quick to respond to any questions and her place is our favorite! She will always be the first one we check with when planning our next STJ trip! We loved the renovations this year as well! Thx for another wonderful vacation in STJ!! We will be back!

My wife and I absolutely loved our 1st trip to St. John. We have friends who have been going many years and love it. The island is amazing and the Langer’s condo was a perfect place to stay. The location, size, and amenities are everything you will need for your trip. You are a short walk to town for all the shops and restaurants. Markets are nearby as well. The view from the corner condo was amazing every morning and evening. It was wonderful to sit on the patio every morning with coffee and look at the Carolina blue sky and bay. We can’t wait for next year to come and go back. You will not be disappointed with this condo!

St. John Escape was everything we expected and more! You cannot beat this location. You are within walking distance of all of Cruz Bay's shops and restaurants. There is even a parking spot in case you rent a jeep (which is a must do). The unit had everything we needed for a week in paradise. St. John Escape comes with all of your beach necessities (chairs, coolers, towels) and everything you could possibly need in the kitchen (not you'll ever want to cook with all of the awesome restaurants just a stones throw away from the condo). We enjoyed the stunning views of Cruz Bay Harbor from the deck each and every morning and evening. We would most definitely stay here again and would recommend to family and friends.

The Langers condo was a great choice. Clean and all the appliances work great. Eveything we needed was there and it was great to have a refrigerator and microwave. Beautiful corner view.. I was concerned with mosquitos but never saw any. One warning, we were very close to the carnival that ran every night from june 28 thru july 4. The bands and djs can play until 4 am and were very loud. Other than that, the location was pretty quiet.

This condo at the Grand Bay Resort was a perfect place to stay for our honeymoon! The condo was up to date and clean with a breathtaking view. We could walk to several shops and restaurants downtown. The staff was very helpful in guiding us where to go and what to do since it was our first time visiting the island. Truly a wonderful experience!

We enjoyed our stay in this beautifully appointed condo overlooking Cruz Bay. Leslie was SO easy to work with! Her St John assistant, Alex, was ALSO so completely helpful from before we even arrived, offering to set dinner reservations, order snorkeling equipment, arrange for Jeep rental--it was like having a personal concierge. We loved having the washer/dryer available, as well as coolers and chairs to take to the beaches. They even had cold waters in the refrigerator upon our arrival. We felt like it was home! We also received our security deposit back very soon after we returned home. Thank you again for a wonderful vacation!

We stayed for 10 nights in 2014. Immediately came home and booked for 2 weeks Dec 2015. Did not want to come home! We have been to St John many times (20+), and decided when it's just the two of us (we often travel with friends & family), that Peter & Leslie's condo is just perfect. We can walk to all the restaurants/bars AND we have a reserved parking spot. We are hoping to go back for 3 weeks in Nov/Dec 2016.

Having been to the Islands a few times, I knew exactly what I wanted on St. John. This condo exceeded my expectations. It was spotless, well maintained and completely furnished. That includes beach chairs, coolers, and beach towels. The washer and dryer was handy and now I know my next stay will only involve a carry on bag. The best part is it's a breeze to walk all over Cruz Bay and even the Dolphin Market for supplies. A short walk gets you to car rentals and taxis to beaches. Finally, the view from the balcony absolutely made the stay as this was how we began and ended our day. You simply can't go wrong in this one. I'll be back as soon as I can.

We just returned from a week in this beautiful home. The condo is fully equipped with everything for a perfect stay...beach chairs, coolers, comfortable furnishings and an awesome view. It is walking distance to all of the restaurants and bars in Cruz Bay, as well as the docks, making getting to excursions really easy. Rent a jeep to get to the best beaches, and you don't have to worry about parking because there is a reserved space under the building. The all day trip to Virgin Gorda with Bad Kitty is a must-do. The St John Villa Company arranged that for us, and can handle everything else to make your trip perfect. We will be back!

My wife and rented this amazing condo from Leslie and Peter from June 20 - 30 for our 10 year anniversary. St. John always has a special place for us as we were married on Trunk Bay. It had been ten years since we were last there. aside from a few additional condo's and som houses in Cruz Bay St. John had not changed in ten years, thats hard to say about a lot of islands. Great walking distance to any great restaurant in town only took taxies to the beaches. The condo was perfectly furnished for our needs very clean and great view for the amazing sunsets from the balcony. Cant say enough good things !!!!! If you are a diver highly recommend Patagon Divers located at Caneel bay, top notch, for an amazing Cat tour go with Kekoa, great Cat and crewed by three women, went to the soggy dollar, spectualr time, and the story of the Kekoa need to be heard, ( U-Tube it ) My only complaint was it took us ten years to get back to St. John. We will defiantly be back and will rent from Leslie and Peter again.
