This house is amazing! It’s beautiful and the location is great. The pool is great to have with the grandkids. It’s only a 3 minute walk on the walkway to the beach.

Wonderful home! Amazing kitchen, very spacious and accommodating.

The house was beautiful, Rosemary is wonderful and my wife, three grown daughters and I had the best vacation of our lives. That is until we got home and the director of guest relations for the property manager (EXCLUSIVE 30A) sent an email demanding payment for a chair that broke when my wife was sitting at dinner one evening (and that we notified management about) and a stain on a rug that we did not cause. I replied and asked for some evidence regarding the stain as the representative didn’t even say what room the rug was located in and only included a picture of a stain on a random piece of carpet. I also noted that the chair was defective and broke from normal use and that I was not paying for it. The next email from EXCLUSIVE 30A included a receipt for a brand new chair and rug for a huge amount. No further evidence was provided as I requested. This is after paying a large pet deposit for a supposedly pet friendly house and for the full The representative “offered” for me to pay half the balance after applying the deposit. I declined, and EXCLUSIVE 30A then charged my Amex anyway. It only took a quick call and explanation to have the charge reversed. We’ll see what happens next. Rosemary Beach: 5/5. I stayed at this home with a few friends for a long weekend at Rosemary beach. The house is spacious with beautiful light, an open concept kitchen/dining/living area and lots of spaces to lounge outside in sun and shade! We loved hanging out by the pool and walking to the stunning beach just 2 min away! Everything we needed was provided and the entire house was spotless when we arrived. I truly cannot imagine a better place to stay for a beach getaway!

The house is a 5 minute stroll to a white sandy beach, and has a refreshing pool-perfect for sunny days spent swimming & relaxing! The house is comfortable and beautifully designed, with a big kitchen and lots of spaces for spending time together as a group. You won't be able to resist napping on the big comfy couches! The owners have clearly put so much thought & attention to every tiny detail. 10/10 could not recommend morehighly, and will absolutely come again!!

From the moment I stepped inside, I was greeted by the breathtaking view of the outdoor pool and beautiful outdoor space. The interior was tastefully decorated with spacious bedrooms. The spacious living areas and well- equipped kitchen made it easy to relax and enjoy quality time with family and friends. The highlight, though, was the beach access Just a few steps down the boardwalk right out the front door. The tennis courts are situated just across the street and if the private pool isn't enough, the guest pool is also afew minutes down the path. Overall perfect location.We hope to stay here next year and the year after.
