Beautiful place & great people, I would book with them again and recommend it to others

The place was a nice surprise as rooms were huge, bed and bathroom spacious and comfortable, kitchen was well equipped and seemed clean. Everything is almost new and remodeled so thats a plus. My room had a lot of webs on the ceiling and the bathroom (shower floor) had some hairs of what I believe was the service lady since I found new ones on the sink the second day of my stay, something for administration to be mindful of (maybe use hairnets). Otherwise the room was clean, including the bed and towels (no hairs or stains). The place it’s a bit isolated so definetly need some type of transportation. There are horses around (outside) so there’s that welcoming smell when you get to the front. Once inside though it is clean and no smells. Be aware there are some constructions in site but I didn’t experience any noises during my stay. Personnel are very nice and warm. There’s no food or bar, but ice and water machine are available. Although my experience wasn’t 10/10, I would come back for the price and because I know other people in my trip had a better experience with their room (better maintained and cleaned).

This is a very unique property that could have potential if it wasn’t for the bad management. The two men are friendly and helpful except for an unwelcoming lady who tried charging us for a missing key. The only amenity available was the pool. I wish we were told it was under construction so we could have made plans elsewhere. Overpriced and False advertisement.

This place was horrible. Do not stay here. This place is a waste of money.

Old crow was a wonderful, staff is pleasant and Jamal(?) was very helpful in recommending a bioluminescence tour. We had breakfast at their sister property Blue Horizon which was recommended by the gentlemen doing some maintenance at the property. Would definitely stay here again

The stay was just ok. I didn’t think it was value for money. The place could have been better maintained especially around the pool area. The lady at the front desk was very helpful and polite. There was a stray dog that was lingering around the property and my kids were terrified. This place definitely had potential. There was an amazing restaurant up the road that we walked to!

Great stay and location. Even though it is under construction, it is an excellent and central place. good alternative just like Blue Horizon. Friendly staff.

So beautiful

The hotel is under construction. One needs a car rental which we couldn’t get due to peak season. The taxis were a bit pricey but we didn’t have a choice as there is nothing close to the hotel and you have to travel to the main areas to get something to eat. I would highly recommend hiring some vehicle to commute else you won’t be able to explore the island properly.

Old Crow staff made our stay memorable. The quality of customer service on our stay was phenomenal.

The property was currently under renovation during our stay so there was no food or drink service. Also, no TV in the room. But very modern, clean, and friendly staff.

The best customer service I've ever had at a hotel. Before we even boarded the ferry from Ceiba, the lady at the reception desk texted to ask about our arrival and offered to schedule our transportation on Vieques. Once we got to the hotel, she showed us a map of the island and explained all the attractions and how to access them. Then, as we were getting ready, she scheduled our remaining transportation to the tourist area we chose, as well as back to the ferry the following morning. Under construction

The staff here was excellent. I had food poisoning and they had the room ready hours early so I could sleep. The woman even took us to the room to check in. The next day we were greeted with smiles and such kindness.

Amazing place with best view

The room was beautiful an really well equipped. Some of the facilities are still under construction but they still look really nice and ee were pleased with our stay.

There is no TV but rest every thing else we need for a luxury stay, we got it.
