I really enjoyed my stay in the property. Is a home away from home. Very comfortable and clean.

Unexpected, when I arrived at the reception, they showed me additional conditions other than the Hotels website, in addition to requesting security deposit the amount will be refunded from 10 days to 30 days and parking is not free, in addition to the oven not working, and I asked the reception they say will send some one to check and didnt come The furniture is weak and if you break something you will pay a large fine.
It was a bad experience. You feel restricted and afraid to touch anything because you will pay a big fine.

Amazing I found it really comfortable and enjoyed the view of the place the staff was really friendly and I found it a lovely experience the building was clean an tidy

The apartment looked great, modern furniture and everything you need .
But the fridge freezer noise kept my husband and I awake both nights. It only became quite when lent on. Has been reported to receptionist who apologised.

Parking was £20 didnt get parking parked opposite the building where 3 hours free you good to park there and checkout at 11 and leave

Could do with a deep clean. You have to sign off to accepting ridiculously high excess charges for minor breakages and then you get into the flat and find things in poor condition.

The most annoying thing is that they wanted me to do a bank transfer to their account as a deposit. And they wouldn't let me in otherwise. And the card reader didn't work, so I couldn't pay with my business card. It does look like scam!!! What the hell! I don't want to send money to unknown people. Please remove this place from your site. They are scammers. I still haven't received the money back.
Outside the apartment the walls are all crashed and dirty. Inside is pretty good.

Staff are rude and slow took three hours to get into room and they charged me a 150 deposit which I am sure I will not get back AVOID AT ALL COSTS I would rather have slept in my car !

The property manager was very helpful. The accommodation was great but the parking was over priced at £20.00 and the parking Rea was filthy with rubbish piled up by the stairway and in the entrance to the lift area

Room TV was very small, remote control didn't work, however they did give us a new remote control eventually. Property seems to attract a young crowd who love to party and drink all night. Still waiting for my deposit to be refunded to me even after calling every day, now asking me to email them instead of calling. A lot of things in the room such as wardrobe, blinds and balcony door (which we paid extra £20 as a room upgrade after the first one was very small and nothing like the picture). Parking wasnt free but theres a few streets 4/5 mins away. Overall experience with staff wasnt bad, quite friendly and helpful with room issues. Would definitely not recommend for families.

It was a stunnig apartments but you are not told about the extra to park youg car and 30 days for your deposit to be returned whuchbis very poor as it normally take up to 14 days never had tp wait 30

It's in a good location, with a nice view of the River Irwell. Good transport links into Manchester and good nearby pubs.

The room was spacious and good value for money

On arrival the property had a weird smell like cat pee or damp we bought air fresheners from the shop downstairs which masked the smell. Besides this the apartment was clean the smell of cleaning products was present when opening the fridge which was pleasant. The bed wasn’t the comfiest the spring were very prominent, maybe a mattress topper would be a good idea.

Nice convenient apartments. Check in and out could be slightly slicker but generally very good customer service and apartments are very adequate and convenient for me.

Large rooms, nice bathrooms, walkable to nearby pub, groceries, park. Tea & coffee, sugar, adequate dishes.
Mattress was not as comfortable as most. Would have been nice to have salt and pepper!

Place is overall decent good peaceful view from the river however, accessing hot water was complicated and second of all even though no damages were made they kept my damage deposit because of a canister they saw in the ‘bin’ which is a obvious quick money grab it was nothing severe to keep a full £150 and nowhere in their policies does it say no canisters in the property and they don’t pick up to explain how It’s legal for them to keep the money they just tell you to email their reception if you dont agree with their choice and they then ignore you

It was better than what I expected, the space, the atmosphere was on point. My only negative was the bed I slept in had a terrible mattress, it needs to be replaced. It was as good as flat so I felt like I didn’t sleep too well but overall the rest of the accommodation was nice

This was a lovely property and our family enjoyed staying here. The people at the desk were helpful and friendly. We would stay again!

Could not actually check in as there was no response from the hotel staff. it was about 10pm and i was forced to look for other accomodation at that hour

Property management claimed they had difficulty accessing Expedia (upfront) payment. They insisted me to pay AGAIN, then sort that out between myself and Expedia. Very unprofessional
