The villa was really nice, we enjoyed it a lot. We did not get hot water in out of the shower so we messaged the owner. He helped us very good and fast.

Excellent communication during booking process. The villa was clean but some areas could do with updating but not enough to put me off staying again. Miguel and his drivers were very helpful and available with notice.

There was eight of us staying in this villa and there was plenty of space throughout the villa and pool area to accommodate us all. Rooms were all fairly spacious and clean. Couple of bits missed during clean but nothing worth complaining of. Air con kept rooms cool on days we needed to use it. Transfers were great and accommodating of storing our bags before check in as our flight was really early and took us into old town whilst it was being cleaned and then picked us back up again. We did use the taxi from Miguel on the first night which he was really helpful and he recommended a lovely seafood restaurant which we went to and was amazing but it ended up easier using Uber after this as they came within 2 minutes where as I had to give Miguel plenty notice. Which wasn’t easy to do with 8 girls getting ready. Uber costed 5 euros to both the strip and old town. There was taxi ranks in old town but they got busy and queues long so we often called an Uber to come home too and they arrived again within couple minutes At the end of the holiday they also stored our bags at check in and collected us for our transfer to airport from old town. Pool was great and had some inflatables in pool, table tennis and pool table. Enough sun loungers for everyone Only negative would be that there was no bin bags, washing up liquid, dish cloths, salt, pepper etc so you do really need to buy everything where as these have been provided in previous villas I have stayed in. Supermarket was about 15 minute walk away which some of the girls walked to each day to get fresh supplies and was a little uphill on way back but easy on way there. Would only be about couple euros though if you wanted to get Uber back. Villa was quiet at night and for most of the time we were there though the day too. All in all a great trip away. We really did have a fantastic time and would return here without hesitation. It is far enough out to get privacy but close enough to quickly get into old town. The better restaurants are the ones away from the square in old town. Only one bad meal and that was in the old town square area. Amazing meals were on sea front in old town. Louisiana was one and sadly the other one I can’t remember it’s name but again was on the seat front.

Overall the holiday was great, but the villa is a little bit tired and could use a general overhaul and new mattresses on the single beds with fresh bedding. There were a couple of problems while we were there with the fuses and the aircon which were all resolved very quickly and without hassle which was great. The location is out of the way and a decent supermarket is a fair distance, too far for children to walk easily. Lovely restaurant not too far from the villa. Really spacious and idea for 2 families on holiday together.

There were 9 of us staying over at this beautiful, larger and amazing Villa. We stayed for 4 nights, and that's the only part that we regret. Wish we could've stayed for longer. EVERYTHING and I mean everything you see in the pictures and in the description is there. Plus more, like a table tennis and bbq. The house was VERY clean and tidy. Villa is perfectly situated. Cost us 5euros to get to the main strip, and 10euros to get to the beach. Across the road is also a Snack-Bar where you can go for a meal or for drinks to sit in and watch footy on the TV. The neighbourhood I must say is very friendly and to me looked very safe as well. To sum it all up: if you're thinking of it, GO FOR IT!

Came in June with my family to Villa Brejos. The villa seems to have undergone a complete make over. Had a nice modern kitchen, great space inside and out with a nice cafe across the road. Booking from the start was made simple with airport transfers arranged and made everything very easy for us Would definitely consider booking again for 2015

When we arrived clients were still in bed. The cupboards had to be cleaned before we could put shopping away. The pool was filthy. It was obvious by what was left around the pool that a young group had been there. When the children and adults walked on the patio area their feet were filthy (not just dirty). ~The cupboards and drawers were falling to pieces. The cooker hob was filthy. All the dishes and glasses had to be washed as they were greasy and stained. The bedroom furniture was falling apart it obviously needs to be upgraded. The pool never cleaned at all while we were there although two men did come to put some kind of fluid in and tested the water. I wouldn't recommend this at all. On the area details it states 5 mins from the strip, that would be in a car. There is no way that it has been refurbished throughout.
