We had our annual family vacation to Schlitterbahn and chose to stay at this beautiful home. We had a group of 12 - 5 adults and 7 kids. This house accomodated everyone perfectly. The upstairs area was perfect for the kids. The house had all the kitchen items that were needed. The river was very nice! The only complaint was that it was very deep without any shallow areas for the kids to enjoy. As long as life jackets are worn, it was not that big of a deal. The kayaks were perfect as well. The location was very quiet and spacious. I would rent this location again.

This house and property was perfect for our family vacation. Everyone was confortable sleeping and great room and dining area was large enough for all of us to enjoy being together as a family.

Great house for adults or families. Right on the beautiful/deeper part of the river so you can enjoy it to the fullest. Showers were hot! Beds were comfy! Plenty of room for all seven us to enjoy. First Air b&b I've stayed out that had everything in the kitchen to cook with, too. overall- great property! can't wait to go back.

I thought it was a great place & everyone was comfortable. Nice view. The trip was peaceful & calming.

This house had plenty of room. Clean and simply decorated. Close to stores but still felt secluded. Will Definitely consider staying here the next time we're in the area!

The pictures do not do this place justice. The house is spacious and great for a large group. Plenty of room for games, seating, lounging, and beds. We had a blast playing washers, hanging in the river, fishing, and grilling. Will definitely be coming back to enjoy this great getaway again!

The place is exactly as described in their listing. Great property with great amenities. Check-in process was super easy and the property management was quick with replies. Just come and enjoy the property and the beauty of the back porch with a cup of coffee in the morning watching everything come to life!
