Mona the hostess was wonderful went out of her way to accommodate us in every way she could Nothing was too much trouble for her. Wish there were more hostesses like her in the world.

We asked for a 2 bedroom apartment but when arrived realized one bed was so low not one of us could get in and out of bed due to average age of 80 and had hip replacement etc. There was a sofa bed but left no room to move around as didn't want to put up and down every day. Mona suggested another room with only one room but a sofa bed someone about to arrive but we could look at it and change if we wanted to. Room was much better and able to leave sofa bed down all day, and had plenty of chairs/stools to sit on. HOWEVER the mattress on sofa bed was so thin it was like sleeping on bars all night. Next night decided to put pillows etc under mattress this helped but was still very uncomfortable. Bumped into Mona next day and when she heard story had a mattress up to us straight away which helped a little. Also TV in bedroom was in spanish? but again when Mona found out fixed it straight away. In hindsight should have contacted her earlier.
