Great place and location! It's a brisk 40 minute walk from the property to downtown on the Centennial Path (safe and beautiful). Flo was quick to respond to my many questions and was so kind. Just an FYI, if you're sensitive to morning light waking you up, bring an eye mask. The beautiful 2-story windows do not have coverings and there are no bedroom walls to block the light . We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

We love staying in this modern Condo with full amenities. The pictures in the ad are quite accurate. The Natural Decor was beautiful. The little breakfast restaurant next door LaPeeps what's excellent. I would say we were under the impression that we were actually having a view of the river as opposed to being located on the river but having a view of the parking lot. This condo is located on the front side of the building not the river side of the building. And currently. There is construction going on in the complex in front of the building, but overall the landscaping is beautiful and we were very happy here. Our host was very available and accommodating. 👍👍

Luxurious is the wrong word used to describe this property. The furniture was outdoor furniture and completely uncomfortable. The bed was like a cot. Pictures were taken off the walls with the nails left up. There were a ton of outlets but we couldn’t figure out which ones worked as they were connected to the light switches. There was no privacy curtains and cobwebs all over the place. Also, the covered balcony was wet. Very disappointing for the price! Would like my money back.

In the heart of Coeur d’Alene with everything we needed within walking distance. Fabulous stay and communication with the host!

Very comfortable and beautifully decorated. Kids enjoyed the accommodations also and we plan to come back in the summer for a family function and summer excursions. Flo was excellent to communicate with and responded right away when we forgot our keys and were locked out.

Flo was great to work with, responded quickly and answered all my questions. I traveled with my family so I loved that the building was locked and the penthouse itself was clean, comfortable, and beautiful, all while being trendy! The Riverstone district had everything we needed within walking distance like playgrounds, jogging and dog walking trails, and coffee and food! Highly recommend and will stay here again!

Location, accommodations, and overall feel and look of the penthouse was absolutely prime! Enjoyed the proximity of restaurants, stores, coffee shop, and cinema, especially enjoyed brunch at LePeep on the ground floor of the building. Will definitely return during the summer for summer fun and activities!
