Wasn’t informed about the $25/day resort fee. Hotel was ok for the price but could’ve stayed somewhere a lot nicer for what we paid for 4 days

Oceanfront view with 4 seat table inside was nice. We sat as a family and ate dinner after a long trip. Very comfortable beds.Cold water dispenser provided down in the Lobby area was a plus. It made my day upon check out. Staff was very friendly & happy to talk with. They were cool especially after arriving from a long trip dealing with tornado warnings that delayed our departure. Plenty of stores & food nearby the hotel. It was very convenient.
The dark carpet was a little questionable. The parking as you have to cross a sometimes busy street. Maybe a walk over would be nice but I believe it had caution yellow light poles for crossing.Also, bottle water was not provided in the refrigerator in the hotel room. In a nice hotel they always provide that as I expected it in this nice hotel.

The staff was helpful. I did move rooms during my stay to get a seaside view. That room was more updated than the first room. It had multiple electrical outlets in the room. It was very clean.
The first room had thin walls that you could hear the people next door.

I liked it was close to the beach
We found a water bug crawling around on the floor and they with held an additional 250 dollars from us that still hasn’t be returned to me.

Hot tub didn’t work! Found roaches crawling in the kitchen
Moved to another room and had bed bugs
Ruined our vacation
Still waiting on the deposit to be returned! Manager was helpful but we had to pack up and leave!! Be careful staying here check your baseboards and bedding very good!! Worst place I’ve ever stayed because who wants bugs!! Esp cockroaches and bedbugs
Got a refund thankfully
But caused a great deal of stress
We lost our food and washing and drying everything twice and throwing away our luggage sucked!!! Need to check the rooms before renting them!

The final room in the main house had a very nice beach view. Direct beach access. Free coffee 24/7.
Initially we booked a room in the second house across the street. This room was smelling bad and the window was facing the parking lot.
We solved the problem by investing 50 USD IN an upgrade.
No breakfast available.

Check in was a breeze. Front desk clerk was awesome! We made it down a day earlier than expected so decided to stay here. We loved that we were free to use amenities after check out. That was a huge bonus for us while waiting to check into our condo for the week. Would 100% stay here again.

I like the location of the property.
The rooms are outdated and they charged a daily resort fee that was not posted online. They gave me 3 different check out times and when I called front desk for issues that I had with the room, the issues were not resolved.

I love the balcony. I love how I can walk directly onto beach from my room. Amazing.
I also have a trip planned to stay at this hotel for Mother’s Day weekend.

The beach, pool and hot tub
I got a confirmed price including taxes and fees, and was asked for another 50 dollars resort fee when checking in. If I refused, and left, they would have charged me for a nights stay.
