We enjoyed our 6 day stay. All the amenities were as advertised. The house and property were as pictured. The only thing that would have made it better would have been if the pool was heated.

My family really enjoyed our stay in this charming property. It is located in a residential neighborhood but it is tucked into a little private corner like a little oasis. They were really thoughtful about the items stocked in the kitchen - we had everything we needed to prepare our meals. The layout of the house was fantastic. It was much larger than it looks in the pictures. The bedrooms had good distance from one another. There were 6 of us and we had plenty of space. The game room was perfect for the teens. We all loved the pool. We had a fantastic stay and we highly recommend this property.

Was great for a small bachelor party spent golfing and enjoying all the town has to offer!

It looks as if there are not too many houses on the Cape with a private pool at a certain price point and we were lucky to find this one in May. We were two families (each with a 12-year old) and we had more space than needed. Enjoyed the pool, firepit, and watching movies in the movie room. Having laundry is always a plus when traveling with children. The house was close to the Hyannis ferry and other places of interest. The place is really bright so bring a sleep mask if you need it dark to sleep. Overall, highly recommend!

Loved our time! Wonderful location, quiet neighborhood, large enclosed yard and glistening pool, kitchen is great and fully stocked - really had a wonderful time. Would definitely book again!

Thank you to the owners for an amazing stay - clean, comfortable, everything you could possibly want or need! Wonderful bedding, towels, best kitchen I’ve ever had in a rental!! I could go on and on! Perfect for all ages! We definitely would like to rent again but would try to do two consecutive weeks because we enjoyed it so much!!!
