The house had everything we needed and it was clean and spacious. The location was also great for us. The kids enjoyed swimming in the pool and looking out and seeing the deer so close to the house, the adults enjoyed seeing them as well! We would definitely stay here again and would recommend. Thanks again for an awesome stay!

Very helpful people, and their app was a nice resource. The property itself is new, so we had no issues at all with the condition of the place. It’s a nice, clean, spacious and appealing home that had any items we needed for meals, dining, etc. For us, the location is perfect and having passes to sound-front parks and the beach (nice parking area, beach access) was a nice plus. The home is in an established area with lots of trees and provides a more peaceful setting than the options on the main roads. We even had several deer make daily appearances just outside the pool fence.We’ve been vacationing in OBX on and off for decades and this was one of our more satisfying stays, with both the home and rental company experiences being very positive.
