Delay in service by restaurant staff in breakfast. Sambhar got over & staff took 15 minutes to serve us. Then the idlis were cold ?! Staff at dinner was very good.

The only good thing I thought would be good about this hotel was its location but even that is a bit of a negative. Getting there was a true nightmare. No easy access unless you / your driver already know how to navigate to this hidden hotel in the night.

Did not like anything about the hotel. Difficult to locate and even the parking staff did not guide properly. The room was claustrophobic and uncomfortable. The toilet was unclean and unacceptable. Breakfast was below average. In general, it was an experience similar to highway restaurants that cater to a moving population with least regard for cleanliness and comfort. I would not want to stay there again. Now, I have realised that the nearby branded hotels is a far better bet than an in-terminal hotel when you want to stay close to the airport for catching that untimely flight!

Food Should be available 24/7 as different flight time. There was only 3-4 fruits n bread was available even at 5:30 Am

The location directly at the terminal is super-convenient, especially for night time arrivals and departures.

I know that usually check outs at hospitality are at 12 pm while check-ins start at 2 pm. However for an airport hotel, this rule can be adjusted as people have arrivals and departures at certain timings and at transit, hotel may charge by hours. In our case we were arriving at 6 am and departing at 2 am, which makes 20 hours. However at the check-in we were advised that we need to pay for 2 nights. I asked to deduct at least the breakfast for the second night but was advised that they don’t have RO rates. That was worst surprise at 6 am after a long flight and could be communicated in advance, I was hoping to get some early check in and late check out extra charges but not a full additional night on the bill as in a transit hotel people cannot choose their arrival and departure times. Also another minus point was that at 10 30 pm we were not able to order room service as nobody was on duty. Room service is something what has to be available 24/7 , especially in a transit hotel when people do not have time to come out and search for restaurants.
