We were here for Swarthmore graduation, and it's conveniently located near the campus. The outside of the property is frankly a little dumpy but the apartment itself is very nice and clean. Wifi works well. Beds were very comfortable. Main concerns we had were that the AC did not work in the kitchen/common area (only 1 bedroom unit worked) and it was 85 degrees inside when we got there. we didn't spend much time there so it was ok, but this really needs to be fixed. other suggestions- no coffee cups. another mirror outside of the bathroom would be helpful for a place for 4. thanks!
