The caravan was excellent it was a home from home property, Lovely and warm and in very good position with a good view, it was lovely and clean and had two bathrooms, the parking was next to the property, it had lovely decking and and plenty of seating, a BBQ which we did not use as the weather was too cold to sit outside.

On arrival at the site we couldn’t gain entry as it had a barrier and we had no details how to gain entry ,after several attempts by a sales assistant helping us the barrier was raised and we gained entry to the site, we had no idea where the caravan was apart from the name , after driving around a kind groundsman helped up and said he though it was Seasalt at the back which it was,Sykes had previously sent an email a couple of weeks before with a key code no which did not work , we found the caravan owners phone no and she was very helpful said it was the wrong no ,she gave un the correct no and we were able to gain entry . She said Sykes should have sent us an email that morning with all the details and key code number, this was disgusting on Sykes part at not sending these details. If we had not been able to get in contact with the owner I dread to think what would have happen as to how we would have gained entry . In a conversation to the owner she is now going to send her own email and make sure all guests have the correct information herself, one thing that does need to be sort out though is how to get the key fob to gain entry to the site as it is in the key code box by the caravan and it is a long walk to get the key.
